After 8 weeks of our drawings being with This company the only thing delivered on their end was poor excuses as to why they were so delayed, we were very understanding the first couple of weeks having staff off due to the current conditions but after paying the full amount owing up front we deserved to be given the proper and professional service as originally promised we certainly were NOT! Due to the lack of communication on their end we were set back several weeks, they promised updates with phone calls which never came through it seemed we were always doing the chasing. Very poor service would not recommend at all.

Very slow to do the work, they promise one thing and do another.worked with them once, will never work with them again

Very slow. Previously had report done on our home by someone else which took a week. With these guys it's been 5 weeks and I'm still waiting for my report. Keep getting emails promising I'll get it soon, then get ignored like I'm nobody. Made to feel like my small job is not as important as the big stuff. Might not be important to them but it's important to me. And I've paid my money same as anyone else. Will never use them again. Can't recommend them either. Very poor service

The team at Donovan's were extremely professional and helpful. Work was completed quickly and effortlessly. Will use them again and again and would definitely recommend them.
