Absolutely terrible service weighted over an hour for a pick up order they messed up my order and I got charged 3790 542 pizzas at garlic bread and a drink mind you useless pick up then I've caught up and complained and I got hung up on twice absolutely shocking and terrible service

Quick service, with count down on when your order will be ready. As expected for fast food.

Great small Domino's shop with friendly staff and great food quality.

Order was made quickly and with a lot of topping, we will definitely come back!

Ordered quite a few pizzas from this store and most of them delicious with adequate toppings. Only maybe once or twice was it lacking in toppings. Friendly prompt delivery or walk in. I only wish l was recognised as a regular customer by being offered a VIP discount rate every now and then.

A little Domino's joint in Riverwood. Staff are usually quite friendly. Orders are always made correctly and I have never encountered any trouble. Best to order online to avoid wait at the restaurant. Very generous with the ingredients and great deals available upon search online and app!

Paid by card only to have the delivery driver awaiting cash payment.
The option of a refund on my card was not at all considered with the manager stating they hadn't received the payment. He instead demanded cash payment, meaning I would end up having paid double the required amount.
I was practically scammed with funds being transferred to Dominos from my account for absolutely nothing in return - I am not a charity.

I can understand this is most likely a technical fault; but to be treated as a liar and told that I'd have to pay cash, doubling the initial charge without being presented an alternate course of action is disgusting.

Good system I think is the best system you know when they started making your order when it is ready for pickup pizza quality mmm as a fast food it’s good actually with few vegan selections to choose from after all good experience

Of the domino's i have being to, riverwood has to be the worst. Order periperi chicken only to get what looks like a value pizza that accidentally got some chicken on it. Ordered classic crust but i got over cooked crust that i had to double check that i dint order krispy crust.
The 1st time i thought it was an honest mistake but this time i decided to call and let them know only to get the rudest customer service who simple said there is nothing they can do and hang up on me
One off would be okay but twice this is unacceptable. Staff need training on how to deal with complaints and thair main job which is to make pizza.

The Riverwood staff are all the same. They must receive intense training in Dishonesty and Immoral behaviour. Credit promised for bungled order and guess what. NO RECORD! How disgusting is that!

Very fast efficient and was still hot when I picked up. Great service even though were going through covid cang give great ratings

Cardboard tastes better absolutely poor quality food definitely not going back complaned and thay said we can give you a free garlic bread next time after spending $50

Worst Domino's pizza ever. Customer service is lacking big time. Hope the owner will take notice. I would rather drive to Revesby or Bankstown than going back there.

How can this be quality approved? Pizza lacked and did not include an even distribution of ingredients. Service was ok from young man at counter.

I've downgraded my review from 5 to 1. I regularly bought from this store until recently the store staff was acting rudely and did NOT wear mask when it was mandatory to wear mask indoor during Sydney lockdown (June 2021).

Ordered a loaded pepperoni pizza. It took 1 hour and 10 minutes to arrive, with little to no pepperoni, burnt, and unsliced. I called to complain about the pizza and my experience and was placed on hold only for someone to say 'oh sorry there, we just had a bit of a mess and was in a bit of a rush'. He seemed to expect that I would just accept this burnt and unsliced pizza after the long wait time, and did not suggest an alternative to compensate for the terrible quality and service. Finally, he offered to remake the pizza and asked to return the pizza to the delivery driver when the new pizza arrived. The new pizza took another 40 minutes to arrive.

I find the staff members attitude was extremely rude and demeaning. To be representing a popular business, customer service should be paramount. I now don't want to visit the store after my experience.

Terrible pizza. They actively try and put as little topping as possible to make as much money as they can. Much better options in riverwood, such as Monte Carlo.
