Graziela was punctual and friendly. Her English is limited, much like my Portuguese, but that did not stop her from doing an amazing job of cleaning my house. Graziela worked extremely hard and also tidied my house as she went. It's the best clean my house has had in a long time. I also liked that she used my products and equipment. She even ensured the vacuum cleaner was empty when she left. My son thought his room looked like a hotel room after the clean. We were all very impressed with the level of service. Also, great communication from the admin team with regard to booking and payment.

Our family love Domestic Bliss. They go above and beyond to fit in a time that suits us, and the cleaners we have had are always amazing.

The website promised much but never delivered a 'bespoke' service. We thought we were onto a good thing initially however, things became a little farcical after a while. After one clean, they broke our towel rack; after another, a lamp with sentimental value. To their 'credit', the towel rack was replaced and offers to compensate for the lamp were made but you cannot put a price on something of sentimental value. On another occasion, we had to interrupt a family picnic and drive home to let the cleaners back in as they had locked themselves out. After a heated exchange and much rudeness from the owner I might add, we were given a discount on this occasion. But gosh - I'm not sure how many of these times is one time too many. We only have a small apartment but as a working Mum and Dad with 2 little kids, we decided that we would devote some of our hard earned cash - $124 a fortnight in fact (!?) - to getting our cleaning taken care of. Our last clean was very underwhelming and by last, I mean last! No more with this company. So, if you call all of the above PLUS having to still clean our floors and move many of our household items back into place afterwards, value for money, go ahead and make a booking. Don't say we didn't warn you!

I’ve been using them for more than two years. Sometimes it take a couple to find the right fit for your home and family, but once you do, it’s a match made.
Any issues I’ve had have been resolved promptly and the girls who stay on long term are great and are receptive to my requirements, which are pretty high.
With a dog, child and a busy household, they’ve been able to keep up and work with my schedule.

Can't rave enough about Marika and the Domestic Bliss team. They make my life so much easier and do an amazing job every time. Highly recommended!

I have used Domestic Bliss for several years for regular fortnightly cleaning and 2 end of lease cleans. I never fail to be impressed by Marika's team - the house smells and looks amazing every time and it's a huge relief to know the girls just know what needs doing every fortnight, and they do it so well. They are always meticulous and reliable. I'd be lost without them. A huge thanks Marika!
