Very poor experience - i called in March 2018 to order a sink mould after receiving an order form that someone would be in contact. I never heard anything so I put in another order form in April. I never received a call. I called the company who advised that they were not sure whether they had the moulds in stock. The lady on the phone advised she would get back to me with an answer. I never received a call back. I called again today to see whether the moulds were in stock. A man answered the phone who laughed and said - we dont stock sink moulds anymore. I advised of the run around I had been given and suggested that maybe the sink moulds be removed from their website. No word of a lie - the man laughed, told me "ok" in a sarcastic tone and hung the phone straight up. It should be mentioned that i was not once rude or raised my phone when speaking to this company. I am sure they have other great products but perhaps by writing this review it alerts the director of the company to see how their staff are treating customers.

Domcrete have a great training facility. The products that they sell are are great quality and are delivered quickly. Dom has a lot of knowledge about the industry and is always willing to help with any problems that come up.

Dominic came to our home. Quoted, got the job, did the driveway. Took the money on completion. Now sits in his office won't take calls. Won't get in his car to come see the issues that a few months on we are now having with the driveway. 3.5 KS must be a long drive Dominic. Hope you can make the drive to fair trading when I'm there on Monday. 2 months of I'm in America. I'm running a class. Call me next week if I haven't called you. Yep I will come see you this afternoon and doesn't arrive.

2 years on my driveway is still a cracked up mess and Domcrete has started a new webpage and is still screwing people over.
