I just wanted to thank Stavos for his amazing customer service and help yesterday while I was in the store. I came in looking to buy a new gaming laptop but was nervous about spending upwards of 3 thousand dollars for everything I needed. He then helped me go through a payment plan that helped me feel reassured and relaxed with my purchase. He was nothing but kind and helpful the entire time I was there. I ended up leaving the store with everything I needed including the best gaming laptop that was in the store at the time and all the gaming accessories I needed. All thanks to his amazing service and helpful recommendations. Again thank you Stavos for your help! The difference between the service at Harvey Norman and domayne is just on another level. I hade originally went to Harvey Norman and they were nowhere near as helpful as the legend Stavos at domayne. Thank you for everything mate. You’re truely one of a kind. And I’m a very happy customer, I’ll be recommending domayne to family & friends and I will tell them to find and see Stavos.

Worst Customer Service ever at the BBQ section I brought a Everdure Outdoor Kitchen from them had it deliver on the 25/2 and I returned it the same day as it was faulty. Rang the Operation &Customer Service Manager many times between the 26/2to the 28 /3 as she never return calls. And when I did speak to her she said she sent a email to Everdure and it takes 7 days to answer a email. Also put a complaint into the Customer Complaints section they said they get back to me they never did. After cancelling a plumber 3 times it was finally delivered on the 3 /4. Won't be shopping there again and won't recommend them to anyone.
