Bought some outdoor furniture in 2021, it failed outside of warranty and the staff here especially Victoria arranged to get the replacement part for us covered. Top service, good communication.

Purchased bedroom suite and dining chairs that I'm happy with. Their manufacturer supplier let them down and the store gave me a healthy credit. The sales staff were excellent

Great place but the prices are very high to my liking and other shops that have the same product and the prices are way off this place is better suited for people who have plenty of money to spend.

Purchased a (NOT cheap) mattress with staff barley being helpful. Once it arrived, it felt like sleeping on a hard rock. Called up the shop within 24hrs to get some help. And was told once sold, there is nothing they can do. Almost every other mattress stores offer 100 or 120 day return. I just assumed they would also have something similar. Now I am left with a expensive mattress that I need to get rid of and then buy one that I can actually sleep on!

Extremely disappointed with the services and will never ever return to this store.

NCAT rules that Domayne Furniture Alexandria acted DECEPTIVELY -
I purchased a new electronic reclining chair in 2020. Two months after it was delivered the chairs motor stopped working and I made arrangements for repair. During the repair process I discovered that Domayne had given me the floor stock chair instead of a new chair, as purchased. I contacted the store manager and requested a new chair or a refund. This was refused. I took the matter to NCAT and a judgement was made against Domayne, specifically that they had "engaged in conduct that is misleading or deceptive or likely to mislead or deceive. " NCAT ordered a full refund. Domayne refused to abide by the orders and I went to the NSW Local Courts to enforce them. The Local Court issued orders for payment and Domayne still refuses to pay the refund. The saga continues.

Queried faults to outdoor dining chairs purchased as "outdoor weatherproof furniture' These cairs are not suitable for outdoor use as fabric rots in short space of time. Have not heard back from store manager who assured us he would contact us within a week. Guarantees and warranties are useless as they always find a way to backhand the fault as not their problem.

I bought an outdoor table a year ago table has started to display signs of damage I had a phone call from the manager at Caringbah a female that refused to give her name accuse me that everything that is wrong with the table is mine without inspecting the table, she was rude and not helpful they seem to be only polite when they take your money then do not want to take any responsibility for the product there is definitely no after service. I recommend you use Nick Scali or Harvey Norman stay away from l Caringbag Domayne, when I asked for her name she simply hung up. When questioned she gets very angry aggressive and patronising.

I have bought many products from this company and recommended many people I will never ever buy anything or recommend anyone.

Great service and support products in the back right corner.
Great help with sorting out what I needed.
The product was faulty that's isn't the stores faulty was a manufacturing fault and besides for having no stock to changeover.
Couldn't have been easier, offered money back or replacement.
I took replacement.

Woefully bad service. Seriously caution against shopping here because customers appear to have no agency after purchase. Domayne evade responsibility as the vendor and their team (with few exceptions) are unpleasant and disinterested in resolving their mistakes. Encourage shoppers to consider other Domayne franchises to access their products.

Purchased an entertainment unit on the 15 August 202.was told 10 weeks until delivered, making delivery date mid to late October. Here I am at the end of November and no delivery. Have called today only to be told delivery some time in Dec 2020. Not once have they made contact with me to advise delays. Very unsatisfactory and unprofessional, not to mention very disappointed. I doubt I will ever shop with Domayne again.

Probably wouldn't buy here again after issues with missing/wrong pieces on two separate deliveries. The first issue was missing hardware for an outdoor chair, and believe it or not this took almost 3 weeks to resolve, with me calling store probably around 6 times to chase. Next was a bed which, when unboxed, turned out to be in a variety of fabric finishes. Not confidence inspiring so say the least. Avoid

Bought a bed ensemble was to be 6 weeks then pickup after 12 weeks heard nothing rang the store said they tried calling me, the date they said they called there was no call from them, same they said they called my partner she never received a call also. Then we wanted to pay the balance over the phone as we were getting someone else to pick it up for us, they wont do that we were told you need to pay on the day you are picking up. I cannot believe you just cannot pay over the phone the account balance and get a transaction number and pick the product up a couple of days later. The whole experience has been very poor.

Appalled with the after sale service we received. Our couches had no cushions when delivered, David said our couches had been sprayed with the scotch guard we had already paid for but his customer service said otherwise, the legs on the 2 couches were both different colours, when asked to be ordered new ones they told us they were ordered 10 weeks later I called to follow up they failed to return my call 3 times then after that time the legs still weren't ordered. Finally after 4 months I settled and took the colour they had in stock we didn't want to wait any longer or deal with them any more. Still they never apologized for the mistakes.it is a shame because we like our couches just felt once they got our sale they did not care at all.

Found best price for such a good mattress, last one on showroom, was not stained, it arrived at home with blood stains, very disappointed.

I bought a bed here and trusted the sales ladies advice. I asked for a firm to medium mattress. Was advised an extra plush was what I was after. Zero knowledge of their product. It cost me a lot of time, stress and money to rectify the situation. Would never shop there ever again. Don’t trust their sales people’s product knowledge or advice. Totally clueless.

David SOM (proprietor of this store) refused to refund a lounge with Major fault's that's well within the warranty period. This proprietor will not adhere to consumer LAW, just makes up whatever he thinks and won't respond to you further.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

Be careful when buying from Domayne! If something goes wrong you are on your own. They will ignore you and do everything to blame you for a problem. As per picture i was sold base and mattress that dont work together. Its a hazard and you can break your neck if you use this products together. What a joke this place is. Absolutely no respect for customers and no assistance if you have any issues regarding your bed.

David is a great guy to deal with. I had been to many Domayne stores in Sydney and I would say that this is one of the best stores in terms of getting a good deal and customer experience. I bought my living and dining room furniture from here. I had an amazing experience. The delivery guys were amazing too.
