My partner and I were tenants at a property managed by Domain Illawarra.
Every single member of staff I have had contact with throughout and after our tenancy was friendly, helpful and professional. Any issues we had were always resolved in a timely fashion, and with good communication and updates. Our main correspondence was with our property manager Cristiana, and the principal/licensee Ali, who both treated us with respect and kindness, and went above and beyond on multiple occasions to assist us with any information or help we needed. This is an agency who truly cares about what they do, and would recomend them to anyone looking for their services.

I have been dealing with Domain Illawarra for nearly 10 years and I highly recommend their services. Ali has sold a few houses for me and he is professional and I trust his judgement. He also has a fantastic staff. I would not use anyone else to sell or rent out a property.

Not honest property manager we received unsuccessful application within one minute after I submitted my application online and spoken to her after I submitted my online application and then within 1 minute we received unsuccessful. I am not recommending this real estate and the individual.
