Doltone House - Jones Bay Wharf

A great venue to hold conference and party! The view was magnificent and the staffs were superb!

I went here for a company event. We have Canapes and drinks available. The foods and drinks kept coming. The view is amazing during sunset.

Had my office Christmas party in here. Nice environment, music and food. Photo booth was fun. Great staff and service.

The venue was beautiful. The set up was very good. The staff were very kind and polite and the location was amazing. However, the organisation from the Doltone House was extremely poor. We didn't get the photo booth that we requested until half an hour before the party ended as they have booked the wrong time with the provider. We didn't get the dance floor we requested. We were not allowed a DJ but we should have been able to connect our phones and play our list but that was not possible because it was an iPhone and no one told us we needed a connection cord to do so. This honestly ruined the party mood. It was a high tea party, the food was of poor quality and looked like it was reheated Woolworths frozen food and the sandwiches would have been better from the local petrol station. Very disappointing. I understand I did a last-minute change for the number of people but if you couldn't accommodate that why commit to it? The staff started to add chairs while people were there! Not a very formal look! The party coordinator was not available to assist and no one was answering our phone calls. Never again Doltone House. You ruined my daughter's 18th Birthday! I would have done a better job organising the party on my own. A complete waste of money!

A beautiful venue for any events! Attended the Mrs Universe pageant it was set up great. The food was nice and the service for non meat eaters are very accommodating. Highly recommended

I visited this particular Doltone House venue last night and have nothing but great things to say. The highlight was definitely the delicious food and a wonderful staff member by the name of Prashansa (Pari). I was a part of the bridal party and can not express how caring and helpful she was throughout the night. If I could give you 10 stars Pari, I would, thank you again for looking after us last night. I hope the venue recognises you for your brilliant service! Hope to see you again soon at the next event we attend at Doltone House, Jones Bay Wharf.

The venue is definitely a nice place for hosting a large event with many guests. Food was decent and the atmosphere was nice. It was a little cramped for space though, but that was probably more to do with the number of attendees rather than the space available.

Beautiful venue that can cater to a small party or large one (500 people).
Food is good

Excellent venue for both weddings and conferences. Speculator view over Pyrmont Bay and can see Habour bridge. Close proximity to connecting light rail and casino where plenty of transport options.
Modern lighting and excellent ambience. Clean and well maintained. Steep access to amneties so be mindful of that for guests.

Came here recently for an event and it was lovely! Beautiful room and stunning location with a great view of the harbour bridge. Deck was lovely but could've used a heater or two. Staff were friendly and the venue was clean and well looked after.

I booked their Soho Room for a bridal high tea held in late December 2021.
I would like to be honest and say that on the day, everything was flawless and the staff did a great job. The room was amazing, such a good view with great food and very well priced per head - all the reasons I went there. BUT behind the scenes, it has been an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE.

My only warning to you all out there is - READ YOUR CONTRACTS! Also, if anyone who has used Doltone House recently and wasn't aware of the refundable waste management fee, I'd be following up with them ASAP to see if you qualify for the refund, as I daresay they'd be hoping you forgot alllllll about it. And you might not get it back as quick as you'd think:)

Great staff very friendly and helpful with a great attitude
The food is so good that you think you are eating in a restaurant not a function centre.
The view is amazing you can't find a view like that in other function centres in sydney

Good place for party venues. But the workers are treated very bad in this place. Violating human rights and treating their workers like dogs.

My daughter had her Hindu wedding at the Tribeca room and the reception at the South West Pier later that evening. I wish to commend all staff at DH Jones Bay for making the events a huge success. In particular I would like to congratulate Cassandra for her excellent communication during the organising of the wedding. One staff member stands out as the pillar of DH. Mohit was around throughout and no task was too difficult for him. He obliged with any requests, big or small and it was always with a smile and genuine care for us and our guests. Mohit is a huge asset to DH. We wish him only the very best in his hospitality career. Grateful thanks from the Pacheco family to all at DH but to Mohit in particular. We could not have had a better wedding for our daughter and her new husband.

What a great venue for a function. Easily accessible location. Excellent experience, attentive staff. I would recommend this venue.
