Managing covid requirements very well on entry and for the show by seating family/social groups separately and controlling each group's departure from seating. Took good care of our mobility impaired members of the family. Enjoyed the seals, dolphins and the educational talk. Spent 1-2 hours there

Dolphins belong in the ocean, not a tiny pool forced to perform tricks. Do you research and don’t support animals in captivity!

I thought l was visiting a reputable aquarium and now l have to totally disagree with the high reviews - how can people be so blind and not recognise that the size of their pool is way to small. I have now looked on the internet since my visit and realised that Dolphin Marine Magic has been taken to court about misleading advertising and concerns for the poor lives that these dolphins have.

I wish ld looked before l went as I found it was so upsetting to see the dolphins in such a small pool, it is obvious that Dolphin Marine Magic is not a caring establishment because the dolphins are kept in the equivalent of a tiny cage!

They are purely circus animals for them - and just as the trainees and owners of all these terrible places say - ‘our animals are healthy and happy’ they will always say that. Hello folks - the elephant in the room is.of course they are going to say that because “they want your money”

My sadness increased when l realised that the public could touch and kiss them - they have now stopped this from happening with the dolphins at Monkey Mia as they now know it’s bad for the dolphins.
I will never go to another place like this again.
If you care about dolphins - then you also should not be giving money to somewhere that keeps them in terrible conditions and lets people touch them: - (

Hello guys and girls, This is Aimee Stromeier from New Lambton in Newcastle, We have come here a number of times the last time was seven years ago when they were under company name Pet Porpoise Pool and absolutely love this place the staff are friendly and helpful and go out of their way to make you feel welcome and give you the best experience ever and we love watching the Dolphins and seals show their new and old tricks and to thoughs people out there who are complaining about the shows and suspecting them of animal cruelty I can confirm that this is not the case if there was any suspicious animal cruelty going on here Dolphin Marine Magic would not be still open and as good as it is today it would have been shut down by fair trading many years so I think people should give this place the time of day and enjoy your time when and if you don’t want to come back again then that’s your personal opinion, We love these people and my profoundly deaf sister loves dolphins and if she could and we lived in Coffs Harbour she would like to work with, They a great suvinear shop and cafe and lots of fun things to do and see you can even have dolphin and seal kisses and be a little fishy (smelly sometimes), We Highly Recommended people from all over Australia and overseas to come and visit while on Holidays. ️ Aimee Stromeier, Debbie Butler and Samantha Stromeier xxxccc

If you get the change do the swim its totally worth it. All the animals there were saved and when ready are let out into thw wild again. That made me feel better.

Lovely touching dolphins but don't have much more to show you. Too expensive for the things they offer. And if ask for "specials" you have also to pay the entrance, so many dollars more apart from the booking you did.

Staff are friendly, but don’t expect to spend all day here. We did all the attractions and where there for less than 90 minutes.over $100 for a family of four.

Absolutely fantastic! Photos are a bit pricey when you have a family and want a photo of each family member, but other than that it's great!

Absolutely loved it. The staff were so friendly and it is kept so nicely. I went with my husband and three children, and we came out of there with huge smiles on our faces. Between the gorgeous peacock, dolphin kiss and play time, seal interaction and fabulous eating areas, not to mention the reasonably priced photos, we were very very happy. We're now planning a stay in Coffs Harbour and doing the "swim with the dolphins" package.
