8 Don’t work here, constant staff changes, won’t give you history of clients, sends you out on shifts with no knowledge.
Nextt used to be good yrs ago, now it’s horrible and unreliable.
Pay rate is low too, won’t work within the hours you can only do, puts you to the side then wont contact you.
Worst place ever. Treat their staff so poorly.
My mum was a client with Dollenias and made a switch over to another company and took weeks to get her funding money back. Not to mention they moved to having one staff member for my mums care in which did not help when my dad had to be relied on because of their poor form
Was a client when it was Dolleina they were the worst org I ever dealt with People with disabilities were treated like rubbish. Avoid them! EDIT: Apparently Google doesn't allow me to reply to a reply so I will do so here. Yes, I am aware that Dolina cashed out her chips after years of exploiting PWD and now NEXTT have taken over. I requested my file from you in December 2020 you said "Sure". Well it is now almost April 2021 over 30 phone calls later, numerous broken promises, endless emails and demands for cash from me I am still waiting. Yes you changed the name but evidently not the culture. ONE STAR!
The Office Staff in Toronto, NSW are HORRIBLE. I was a client here and so was my cousin and we both witnessed the office staff treat their workers really really badly. They constantly chopped and changed their shifts and hours and have been well known to underpay the staff by declaring less hours than they should pay them and over work the staff and try and intimidate the support workers. Please do not trust this business in TORONTO.make sure you research them, they treat their workers so badly behind closed doors.
Got let down by dolleina at Toronto. While working with them i had to work every day three months stright. And in those three months i only had five days off. Not to mention i worked when people called in sick i never said no when they called. In return i always had to ask for my pay slips every fortnight and i had to ask three times for my group certificate. I asked jess if i could use her as a reference she said no problem at all. Even said i could reapply to work again with dolleina. I even have emails to prove this. And the emails to show how many times i have had ask for payslips and my group certificate. Today i called to ask jess if she could give me feedback so i could get a job but she would not take my call. She got janet to call me back to say they wernt satisfied with me. Really disappointed. Worked so hard to be stabed in the back. DOLLEINA YOU DONT EVEN DESERVE THE ONE STAR! Deleted my review I will just post again people need to know the true Dollina I’m not the first employee to let down by them
Terrible organisation who show no accountability for where the funding goes. Used me as a cash cow for 20 years. A company built on nepotism and neglect of their clients. Whilst Dolleina goes jet setting around the world she resents clients getting any control of their funding. Worst agency I ever dealt with and no doubt they will try to get revenge for me speaking out. Also they treat their staff like dirt.
I worked for Dolleina for 7 years. The office co-ordinators were incredibly flexible with my rostering, allowing me to complete my studies. I was offered as much or as little work as I chose. I always felt supported by management if I had any concerns, either with a client or a care worker. Clients were treated with dignity and respect, as were employees. A truly wonderful company to work for and I would recommend them to anyone.
