DMR Designs

We went to Daniel with a design that we had built up in our minds over a number of years, but we needed help realising the finished idea. Daniel was able to take our ideas and visions and 'put them to paper' we are thrilled with the results.
The whole process started with a consultation where Daniel listened, asked questions to properly understand what we wanted and what areas we particularly needed help with. It was a big job, not just producing plans, but also all the reports that a council requires for a DA lodgement. Daniel was able to coordinate Town Planners, Bushfire consultants, Surveyors and Engineers to provide a full service to us.
Throughout the process Daniel remained engaged, professional, answered every question in a timely manner. Every problem (with the project) had a solution that was talked through and resolved. The DA application process was relatively painless and surprisingly swift, certainly this was largely due to the professionalism and attention to detail of Daniel and his team.
The DA a has been approved with only a couple of concessions to the original project, we are looking forward to the next step working with Daniel to have our new home built.
