First time in a DJI Store and I am overwhelmed from the service. Daniela was very nice, she has a great product knowledge and no question has left unanswered. She was sharing and delightful and thanks to her I got my first drone in my life. Very happy. Highly recommended.

I went into the DJI store in Westfield to get some information as to why my DJI gimbal was not functioning properly and John served me and promptly looked into it and informed that it required a software update. He fixed it instantly and made it so easy for me. I even learnt some features in the gimbal that I didn’t know was in there before. Great service by John, highly recommend the amazing service!

I went to buy the Osmo3 combo pack, and an employee named John was very kind and helpful! It's been a while since Osmo came out, but it was very helpful in helping me with various questions.

The service is very good and the store staff will try their best to help get discounts. I bought an avatar today and the store clerk John helped me get a discount of 600$+. It was a great shopping experience.
