Store claims to custom make, they don’t know what there doing
Made our couch too short even though measurements were given.
When we tried to fix it they didn’t want to help at all.
Also staff member telling us it’s our fault we should have confirmed with the owner correct measurements as his old now and get confused.
No one should purchase from people don’t help.
Terrible terrible store. It’s sad when you save your money to have something custom
Made for a particular place and it doesn’t work out.

I bought a couch (that was leather) but after a few months the leather was creasing, falling apart and ripping off I was told it was 100% leather but then I realised it was FAKE leather I was told that they will come and fix it but they never came and so $4000 was gone to waste

Ps my sister and mother bought the same couches and my mums one was fake but my sisters one was real leather

Fantastic furniture and bedding. This store has a great range and I highly recommend this place. Try this store before going to the major companies and you will be surprised of what they have and very fair prices as well.

Stopped here during my lunch. Ended up buying a lounge and bedroom. Really good prices compared to the big stores. Davids a very funny guy. Gave me some good advise to ring my wife before the purchase (big boss). Items were delivered and assembled. Really enjoyable experience. Its a gem of a place.

Wonderful customer service from the female worker who went above and beyond for us and was super patient when the family took forever to decide on which furniture to buy.

I walked in, asked for help and I was told go look over there. -_- very rude
Could of directed me there and than gone back to whatever it was she was doing. Anyways
Had a look at the furniture and not even worth the price so i walked straight out

Bought a futon from these guys and was a quick and painless transaction.

Futon works as designed so quite happy with my experience

They deliver wrong big storage bed frame which doesn't fit with bed head (53 kilos), 200 kilos all parts together, west my 3 hours left me in situation where can't leave all this in my bedroom, has move and put this back.
Also deliver wrong tallboy without asking me, because the one I ordered wasn't in stock, destroyed my whole weekend to keep chasing them. Never recommend any one to go this place

Disgusting experience, poor customer service with zero manners from the delivery man. I advise you too look elsewhere for better customer service. Decent prices but horrible service. Will never buy from again and suggest you stay away
