Customer service was excellent. Particularly Abhishek was aweinspiring. When we bought the first guitar for our child, he was giving valuable advices and despite his busy schedule at work, he found some time to tune the guitar for us while demonstrating how to do it for our future reference. Never seen this kind of commitment anywhere. DJ City Smithfield is a fantastic place and many thanks to Abhishek for his selfless customenr service.
