I hired this excavator and was told that it works smoothly but when I operated it, it was very rough. I was told over the phone I will get a refund when I return the machine and wasn’t given that. Do not recommend hiring from these guys.

We hired the mini excavator for the 3 day long weekend recently through DIY Mini Excavator Hire. Cannot beat the value for money and service provided as many would not return our enquiries or provide a quote. DIY did that and nailed it on price, delivering and collecting a CAT machine to our house. Mark was great with communication on delivery of the machine through to resolving a minor issue we had on the last day by coming around to resolve the issue (on a public holiday). In the end he came back to collect the excavator earlier than planned but finished the last bit of trenching we still had left to do. He managed to do in 20 minutes what would have taken me hours to do. I would totally recommend hiring equipment through Mark and Stacey. Thankyou for your prompt service and allowing me to still have a back after 3 days of excavating.
