Old but gold
Great friendly inviroment, there equipment and weights are the top of the range for body building and just workouts for males and females. I do alot weight training and cardio there stepper is fantastic and safe. I love it
Nice and spacious gym in Rockdale. Awesome customer service no lock in contact and affordable membership.
Just joined today and the owner was very polite friendly and welcoming. Gym is very clean with all modern equipment and price is very reasonable. My husband been working out for 2 years in the same gym and finally I am starting my fitness journey through here.
They have some good equipments.place is quite, not over crowded.
Improvement needed toilet and lockers.
This gym provides excellent value, and is available 24/7. Good range of machines and weights. The owner is also very friendly!
Been going there for last month. Abundance of equipment, not very crowded at all, only few people doing exercise. The section for Cardio stuff is at ground floor whereas the weight training machines and other stuff is in basement. Mobile signals is an issue. Other than that the gym is great and I am loving it there.
Best gym in the area. Want to be selfish and not share it but Johnny is a legend and the equipment and layout is second to none. Been coming here for over 10 years won't be going anywhere else anytime soon.
I've been to many gyms in my time.this one has a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere fully equipped with a mix of old school & high tech equipment & For me seeing several calf machines made me ecstatic.lol I enjoyed the workout & the management were quite friendly & very helpful.
The best GYM to train in! Perfect for cardio, weights and machines and fighting sports. The owner is a body building champion, which is also a humble and wellcoming person. He can ve your personal trainer as well, which is worthed. 24h acess, a place for training and resoults, not for selfies. If you come ones you will see the difference, and it is a good one!
