Be very careful when purchasing software from them.

My company bought a software from them with an ipad stand for exhibitions - to gather email addresses and have competitions.

The software cost over $3000 + gst. They sold it by saying you then own the software.however they keep the data and what they forget to tell you, is that the software expires after a year and a half and it then becomes useless. As the software is not compatible with them anymore.

Effectively spending $3000 for one and a half years. Would be ok, if they told me this when buying (obviously i wouldnt have bought it), but they didnt. Feel mislead, missold and very dodgy.buyer beware.

Very untrustworthy! Once found out and made a complaint (all be it a few years later), They havent returned my calls, emails or anything! Terrible customer service. Ok to get my money, but nothing else.

Just love our counter displays. Can't wait to have them in our church foyers, when lockdown finishes. Designs2Go (Rana & Simon) were so efficient and helpful. Great result, very happy!

Our custom, portable plinths by Displays 2 Go were a functional substitute to standard furniture (high tables/bar leaners) we have used at past trade shows. The opal acrylic lids and internal white LED lighting were a real wow factor for showcasing our product in a modern, clean way. I had an urgent requirement for a portable display wall system with a high-impact graphic for the 2018 Waste Expo show in Melbourne. I sent my initial enquiry (from the UK) to Displays 2 Go and they could not have been more supportive! Even though requirements were being communicated across time zones, Simon and Leila offered solutions and sorted my needs brilliantly, delivering on time and perfectly to spec, in spite of there being a bank holiday in Sydney then a bank holiday in Melbourne the day before delivery was required! I was absolutely delighted with their service and would thoroughly recommend them to anyone with display needs. I look forward to working with them again.

Be careful before buying from outside of Sydney & if you have a strict deadline. I was trying to find out how long it would take for the product to arrive in Melbourne and was simply told "its in stock, pay online" numerous times, avoiding answering my actual question. I had to keep repeating the simple question until I got a straight answer, finally, which was ""it can take up to three days or more, we have no control over the shipping. " Lol, luckily I didnt just trust them on "its in stock". They would of had my money and my deadline would of been missed. Please just communicate the facts straight up, so time isnt wasted.

Ordered a custom charging station from these guys, complete with a 2.2 table top and a 1.2 m square light-box. Everything was of highest quality, the charging station was a show stopper at the event. Really great group of guys, very friendly and offered clear instructions how to build our custom charging station. They even went to the length to record a video on the assembly process, ensuring that this product will be used for many years to come.
