Discount Vitamins Express

We recently bought some ultraceram water filters, as they were half the price of the ones that came with our waterfilter. We contacted Discount Vitamins via phone, as we were experiencing difficulties with the flow rate. I spoke to Chris who instantly knew what the issue was. There was an airlock and Chris explained how to solve this. We followed his instructions exactly and now one week later our filter is working properly. I am so thankful for Chris help, because the original water filter company (NOT Discount Vitamins) we purchased our benchtop filter from, could not and did not identify why we were having such flow rate issues; other than just keep cleaning it, as our water must be dirty. We did this twice a week and because of all the cleaning our filter only lasted three months. It took Chris less than a minute to tell me why the filter was not allowing the water through. I was very impressed with Chris and his assistance. I would definately be purchasing through this company again. The wrong product was recently delivered to me by DVE
It was a simple mistake as the items are very similar.

Chris at DVE handled the problem and sent a reply-paid sticker to send back the item and delivered the correct one.

This was all done within 24 hours!

The standard of customer service demonstrated was outstanding.

Wow i had a very nice experience when ordering my vitamins a very helpful customer service person online helped me save 20 dollars as i had ordered multiple times during the day and suggested a way to combine them all into one order thanks for all the help i cant praise them enough

When I placed my first order the product was out stock, however I was updated of the progress and as soon as the product was available it was shipped and received quickly. Great to deal with and quick response to queries. Given the current situation and the postal delays my second order was received in just a few days! Will definitely re-order from these guys!
