For such cheap items, this place is extremely pricey. Unfortunately i won't go back there, i'll be shopping online - and people wonder why online is better than stores these days.

Very Good customer service, very easy to find the stuffs, things looks neat and tidy. Reasonable price and easy to find all party stuffs in one place.

Rubbish. Don't spend a single dollar here.lollies are expired.difficult to navigate. This place is run by NO ONE.needed help finding a few items on the website, however, I could find no one available to help me. Not a single soul. They make up prices on the spot.frankly, I'm disgusted.do yourself a favour and do not give them your business.

Pretty good, MASSIVE party warehouse. It has everything ranging from many themed decorations, LOTS of costumes, cutlery, sparklers, lollies, piñatas + more.

Great place for all your party needs. There needs to be a section for bucks party. There are bridal party needs but none for bucks.

Its a maze with no fire exit plan. The staff work so slowly the service is garbage. Then they make up expenses to make an extra $5 when you return equipment and choose to sour customer service over petty little things. Don't waste your time with these idiots.

Unreliable. After ordering my daughter a costume and specifying the date the costume was needed I received an email (almost a week later) saying the costume wasn't in stock. Confused as to why it would take almost a week to notify me the item I needed wasn't in stock can only put it down to very poor customer service which has caused a massive inconvenience as it's now too late to order elsewhere and receive a costume in time leaving my daughter with the high possibility of no costume.

Love the collection! It has everything you need. Just make sure you have atleast 2 hours at hand to shop around:)

They lost my order I placed days before a d I had to wait 45 minutes in line before even being able to pay.then I had to wait for it to be made for another 30 mins. I even watched them argue with someone about how they said one thing and gave another

Absolute rip off. They had a price on the tag of the costume (shirt). When it scanned it said $20 more. They have the prices on the tag on the item but on the plastic bag its different. Their mark up prices from their wholesaler is ridiculous and my sister made them give it to us for the price on the tag not the bag. Its false advertising. When even talking to the girl serving us she was like this is the price not that one. Lol they are like rpbots and sooo dam slow. Shocking. Look before you buy and honestly try somewhere else if you can as they are so expensive.

Very disappointing process to hire a helium tank! Ive hired from there before, this time I handed over my ID and a mastercard debit card which essentially works as a credit card. But they cannot let customers hire anything unless they have a credit card or pay some ridiculous cash bond for the tank! But that's ok I went elsewhere and got exactly what I wanted. The 1 star is for the initial service from a different staff who was helpful.

It's pretty easy to get to, and the front of store staff were really helpful finding some of the things we were looking for.

Staff member approached asking if I needed help. Store could do with better signage, though placement is quite intuitive. Huge range of party wares at good prices

These guys saved me so much time and effort. They even went to great lengths in assisting us finding things throughout the shop. So grateful!

Sadly a little disappointed in the store, it's not as discount as it's name sounds. The layout is horrible, you have to back track constantly if you forgot something from near the door. Waited about 15mins in the queue to be served, only 1 register open until they realised. Some stock looked like it had been there for 10 years. Yes! You can get lots of party stuff but do your research first.
