Direct Office Machines

This is the rudest company I have ever had to deal with. Also massively ripped us off, we had some issues which we complained about, and not surprisingly the next time we had to use them because our machine is under warranty so had no choice and not surprisingly their fees had DOUBLED in a month!

Despite the response from the owner which I am unable to respond to, my problem was never with making payment - it was that the price had DOUBLED in a month and the technician refused to leave until it was paid. Most companies offer at least 7 day terms, we had never had such offensive behaviour from any other company we have dealt with. As the owner mentioned we had used their services since 2011 so why we were made to feel like criminals who wouldn't pay, despite the fact we had nothing outstanding with them is beyond me!
AND there were no attempts to my recollection to rectify the issue, you have my phone details and email and yet I never heard from anyone.

I purchased a photocopier from direct office machines, staff were very professional, response time was very fast with all my questions & they made sure everything met my requirements before proceeding with the sale. I would highly recommend these guys!

Danny and the staff at Direct Office machines are second to none. We were looking for a new Multifunction Printer/Copier.and Danny did an amazing job of getting us into quality Canon machines, for a very, very good price.much better value than the dozen or so other outfits we had already gotten quote from. And their service is excellent. Shop Direct Office Machines first, or shop them last.but either way, I believe you will be making a BIG MISTAKE if you don't give Danny a call.
