One of the worst thing happened to me in my life is that my builder got Nick as certifier for my house. Throughout the building process & after the house construction Nick had been rude, arrogant, power hungry monster. He literally held me hostage for months.
Not just Nick but 2 other staff in his office are same. (I think they are his wife and daughter but I could be wrong)
To all builder out there - Please do your clients a favor and choose another certifier.
