We cannot recommend this business highly enough. The designer worked with us through many iterations until the design was spot on. The builders built the landscape in the most challenging of wet-weather conditions. Trevor has connections with many other businesses, so their services (e.g. Fencing) were integrated seamlessly. Most significantly, when we accidentally pierced the drainage twice in the first few days, repairs were made quickly, calmly and cheerfully. You learn the most about people when things go wrong, not when they go right, and this episode allowed us to see Dimension Landscape's professionalism during what seemed to us like a crisis. You can choose this business with confidence.

Our project was a major redesign after our rebuild. We had kept some of the original plantings and trees. With Dimension we were able to work with their designer to achieve a low maintenance garden scape with irrigation and lovely courtyard with paving. Pete and his team were a pleasure to work with and kept us informed as we went along. They went the extra yard to obtain the plants and trees we wanted and more than happy to make a few design changes as we went along. We now have a lovely view from every window. Thanks guys.

I was very dissapointed as the quote I received for their design was exhorbitant. I have gone with another landscaper whose prices are a lot more realistic.

Overall we are happy with the end product, though will need to wait some time for the garden to establish to be completely happy. I will say the process wasn’t as low stress as I’d hoped, which was probably mainly due floods causing some delivery delays and the pandemic making some design items unavailable.

We had some communication errors in the process but once identified they were rectified quickly. We also had a design vs reality error that was also rectified quickly.

We were given a garden care handbook at completion which has been very helpful.

The team was professional and very patient and we’d recommend them to others.

I was very pleased with the paving around the garden beds and the laying of the crushed granite where the grass was. Everything looks great and the new plants are coming on nicely. All in all a very good job and I'm very happy with the outcome.

Team Trevor turned a long held dream into a beautiful reality. My garden now has lovely, well utilised garden spaces that are easy to maintain and will provide shade and colour all year round. Highly recommend!

We approached Dimension Gardenscape with a fairly low budget, and low and behold they completely ignored the budget. We got them to do what we could afford, and when it was shoddily done and incomplete, Trevor came out and tried to tell us that it is our fault and proceeded to tell me that the edging that my wife had done "looks like $#! *". I found the workers nice to deal with but the owner was rude and judgemental. I would not recommend these guys to anyone.

Dimension Gardenscape designed and then created a lovely Japanese style garden for my courtyard. The process was straightforward and clear from the design stage to quote to on ground work. While there were inevitable delays in commencement of work due to Covid and weather the whole garden was created in a very short time to a very high standard. Highly recommended

Dimension Gardenscape installed a Japanese garden at the front of our house. They did a great job, and had a friendly and competent team. The garden plan required the installation of some very large rocks, and the entire process took 3 days. It all went like clockwork, and we were delighted with the result.

Really enjoyed our experience with the team from design right through to completion. We had a make-over in our front yard and significant re-design of veggie garden (conversion to wicking beds) and custom water feature out the back. They cleverly integrated the new work with existing aspects of our garden, undertook some remedial work and repairs, and were quite flexible to adapt the new design when the inevitable 'bright ideas' came up along the way. We requested a quote from Dimensions garden to work on our backyard for levelling, paving and planter boxes. They’re professional, efficient and delivered what we asked. We are happy with the end result and will definitely use them again.

We had our front and back patios designed and built, and we are very happy with the outcome. The company was always responsive and professional, and they worked with us to create a design we liked. When changes were needed, they clearly explained why and presented our options. Not cheap, but definitely worth it.

These guys wants only big projects and won't do the work if you not ready to spend lot of money.so be careful!

From creative design to the final plant put in place, our courtyard garden was transformed from an unsightly mess to a place of comfort and beauty.

Since I was a teenager, I had always wanted a water feature in my garden. With such high expectations, I probably wasn’t the easiest client to work with. Living in a townhouse, there were quite a few limitations that we had to work with. However, Brooke and Natalie were amazing, they were super patient and always came up with alternative options for my fussiness.

I did have a minor leakage problem with the water feature at the start, but the team at Dimension Gardenscape didn’t hesitate to send someone out to fix the problem straight away. The experience of having a team that are easy to communicate with and whom deal with all issues and modifications professionally, provides peace of mind and confidence.

What a waste of my time. I sought a quote from Dimension Gardenscape for a build of my blank backyard. I stayed home one morning from work so they could show up. They turned up an hour late (after calling me later than the appointment to let me know - so I went to work) and my wife and her friend dealt with them. BOTH of them told me that they were told they don't do design. About a month after the visit they emailed me asking if I had signed the agreement. I told them I wasn't engaging them without a basic design "on a back of a napkin' and an estimated quote for the work. Clearly I didn't literally mean on the back of a napkin but they took me literally. I simply didn't want them to spend time with a full design just a 'grass here', 'paving here' type concept was all I was after. They told me that I wasn't the sort of client they wanted and declined to give me a quote. No big loss but certainly not someone I would engage.
