Jasminia was a pleasure to deal with due to her bubbly personality and a refreshing change to most other realestate agents. We appreciated her updates during the application process, as this isn’t something we have really received before.

We have been searching and applying for rental houses for over a month and were approved yesterday for a property myself and my partner fell in love with. We recently visited an open house conducted by Leigh Patrick and were impressed with her attentive professional service. Once we had decided we wanted to purchase the property I made enquiries regarding tenancy management from the Real Estate perspective as we were considering allowing the existing tenants to remain which would be ideal considering our circumstances. Leigh took ownership and said she would arrange for us to be contacted by the expert in that area within the di jones business. We paid the holding fee and within no time were contacted as promised. We have since progressed from offer to the contract exchanged stage and have also agreed to go with di jones regarding our property rental management. That is all thanks to the great service provided by Leigh Patrick. Thankyou again Leigh. You and Denise Kane have been a wonderful help.
