Bought a new Marantz NR1711 from Digital Cinema. Had some issues, from my end, when it came to installation and activating 4k 120hz. I found Greg to be incredibly helpful and patient. Greg went out of his way to email me instructions and suggestions on how to address my issues. I'd strongly recommend purchasing from Digital Cinema!

I called up because I wasn’t sure about a speaker match for the Marantz M-CR412
I got a good match with the unit for a great price and delivered very rapidly.
Products are great and service was great.
Three months after purchase I had an issue with Bluetooth connection. The technical support was exceptional and resolved my issue without complications.

Was there a few weeks ago and walked out spending close to 4k. The gentleman that helped me, helped but didn't. He let me make the choices I wanted to make and helped me pair them with the right amp/cables/streamer.

I've bought a few projectors and sound tech from Digital Cinema, all for delivery to Alice Springs in the NT.
This past week, my projector lamp blew, and the cost of replacement was very high (and almost impossible to source). One quick phonecall to DC had me organised with a new, better projector and delivery was achieved within 4 days. Definitely a record - and most importantly, in time for a 12 year old's b'day with lots of gaming.

Absolutely horrendous staff - only go there if you are willing to get insulted. If you are by chance visiting the store to see your options, don't expect any service. They are only interested in people willing to buy straight away. The staff doesn't understand the word "courtesy" - may be they never learned it.

Never again - I'll take my business elsewhere.

I visited the store with information on the in wall speakers I was using at the time. I was given good and honest advice on what I would need to turn my system from ok to really good.
I had little knowledge and could have easily been oversold. It was even recommended that I keep two of the existing speakers.
The result far exceeded my expectations and didn't blow my budget.
I will definitely be returning.

Bivek is a great guy! He helped me with all my enquiries and made sure that my installation was done in spite of having some hiccups on the day. Klipsch Reference Premier speakers are amazing and so is the Projector and screen setup. One of the floor standing speakers was DOA which was relaxed the next day! Great customer service and I would recommend Digital Cinema to anyone without any second thoughts!

Digital Cinema were excellent promptly dispatching my goods and when Australia Post stuffed up the delivery DC were extremely helpful making sure I received my goods

Ordered over the phone late afternoon and it was delivered next morning!
And got a good deal as well! Could not get this price elsewhere!
