First time I have used the services of DCS after a bad experience with a repairer in Ashfield.

I took in my 17-55mm 2.8 to get a corroded front barrel part replaced together with a service and clean. I was pleasantly surprised at the price of the replacement part (corroded front screw thread for filter) service and clean.

Today I received my lens which was nicely packed in bubble wrap together in a complimentary protection bag. The lens looked brand new.

As a fussy guy I was totally satisfied at the price, service, quality of workmanship and packaging.

I will use again the services of DCS without a doubt and would highly recommend to others after a quality service.

Outstanding work by Digital Camera Services Sydney, after being told by other repairers that my Nikon 1 V1 was to old and they would struggle to source parts fir it. I contacted DCS and repaired and had my camera back in Queensland in under 4 weeks thanks to all at DCS.

I had my D5600 camera and 200-500mm lens repaired and cleaned perfectly by DCS. They kept me informed, along the way, of what was happening and with timeframes. When I emailed with questions, they responded quickly and answered my questions. I would recommend their service.

My D750 has had a major service after it was drenched with salt spray. As sentbto them it wasn't focusing correctly, fill flash wouldn't pop up. Shutter sometimes failed, front screws were rusting. I am over the moon with the service and cleanliness of the camera on return. Can't wait to get her out and start shooting again
Parts took some time to get, but I was updated and they pushed to get it back to me in time for Christmas. Thanks guys hope you all have a great Christmas.

The team at Digital Camera services wrangled challenging delays with overseas parts with excellent communication to me at every turn. I'd have given 10 stars if I could. My D750, although 6 years old and well out of warranty, was eligible for a shutter replacement due to a batch issue identified. The unit was promptly arranged for shipping interstate, repaired very quickly and sent back by courier. They even tidied up my camera, fixing falling grips where they didn't have to. Communication about my repair was excellent and I am one very happy customer. Simply excellent, thanks Nikon AU and DCS!

Sent camera in for repairs (Nikon D5600) through this time the company kept me updated on repair schedule. Also contacted me in regards to parts being slow to arrive and projected repair date.
This company was good to deal with right down to the camera being returned on the updated forecast.

Very easy process to drop off. Repair price was a bit of a shock tbh but have to get job done properly. Quick turnaround and proactively contacted me to arrange (free) courier to me due to lockdown.

Great service. Good communication, friendly staff and very quick turnaround of repairs. Very happy to have them available to do work on my Nikon gear.

Very professional. I was kept fully informed when there is a delay. The camera is as good as new after repair. Definitely recommend.
