Bought my digital camera here, and I've been coming here regularly to buy and develop film. The staff are friendly and attentive, and have been a huge help as I started using film again.
They also have a great range of products:) They have everything I need for my photography needs from UV filters to film scanners.

Digi Bondi staff were absolutely fantastic and really knew their stuff especially the person that helped me out called Joe! Will definitely be returning for future products

Easy to use online service, price is fair. I do wish I was asked if I wanted the white borders trimmed before doing so.

Was waiting 2 weeks for a fix on my camera that they said would be a couple of days. They then lost my camera and when they finally found it and said to pick it up nothing had been fixed on it, honestly ridiculous, so disheartening!

I ordered DJI Mavic 3 propeller guards from digidirect recently and picked up in store at Bondi. Happy with the product. I prefer to buy from Digidirect mostly for my photography and drone needs. They offer competitive prices for sought after products with good customer service. I plan to keep coming back.

Very bad customer service.
Items says available online and it’s out of stock when I call up the store to pick up item.
Rude representative tells me they deal with too many customers to update the online sales status.

This place is deffinitively the best place where I've developed my films here in Sydney. First because the quality of the products is great, they do really good scans, they sell a wide variety of films (both 35 and 120), film cameras, polaroids, etc. And second but more important, the quality of the service. Always helpful, always nice, all of my experiences there have always been great and I always want to come back. Thanks guys because you're doing a great job.

These guys were so friendly and helped to fix my Instax mini camera that wasn’t working - cleaned it out and replaced the batteries. Will be back for sure!

I find the team at Digidirect Bondi Junction are always helpful and fun to deal with.
My most recent purchase has been a lot of fun to use, and they were very helpful, even matching a significantly lower price on the body of my R5 and looking for comparable offers without prompting on my lens to go with it.

I have shopped with digiDirect before and will do in the future. I paid and picked up with no trouble. The lens is what I should of bought a long time ago.

I spent thousands over the years at DigiDirect and mostly had good experience. As of late the website is completely useless and the staff (I won't name the store) were arrogant and had basic customer service attitude. I came with attention to buy a complete new camera system. This is a huge investment and the store manager could care less. In this day an age it's about customer experience. Price is not a factor! If you don't enjoy dealing with people don't manage a retail store.

Ordered online after comparing to lots of other retailers. Great price, fast shipping (yes even during the covid period) and got exactly what I ordered. Can't get better than that!
