Incredibly efficient, incredibly effective, incredibly friendly - have been using their services for years and cannot recommend them highly enough!

Trevor and Jodie are awesome. They have been keeping pests out of our place for years. I highly recommend them they do an amazing job.

Simply the best! I emailed Jodie in a panic (circa 1am) after sighting my dreaded enemy (the cockroach). She called me that same morning and was so kind as to fit me in on the same day. Trevor popped over in the afternoon and did a comprehensive service- he even sprayed some Redbacks I didn't know were hanging around in my balcony.

I found them both excellent to speak to, really knowledgable and thorough on their application + I now have some great book recommendations!

Jodie was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Her treatment worked extremely well and we have not had any problems with roaches since. I would definitely recommend her to friends and family

We started a cafe in a shop that had been left for several months and the previous owners did no routine pest maintenance. With Die Pest it was cockroach free within 2 visits and we've never had a problem since. They come every quarter, like clockwork and it's been cockroach, fruit fly and rat free for 2.5 years (and counting).

We used them for 3 years for cockroaches with no issues. Treatment worked and service was good. But when I contacted them before christmas 2 years ago telling them we have birdmites and we are looking into a least chemical solution because of our baby they first said the earliest they could make it was in a week and if we were sure its birdmites? I confirmed yes as we had birdmites in a previous apartment so know what they and the bites look like and we haven't travelled anywhere. I then sent photos of the mites I caught and suddenly I got a call that trevor 'The Bedbugs Expert' is 100% sure these are bedbugs and can make it in 2 days but it will be quite expensive as they have to treat the whole apartment and treatment will be much more of a exposure for us so we have to leave the house. I told them my doubts about bedbugs but they told me.they know what they're doing. Long story short, I send my samples to westmead hospital via my GP for identification. They confirmed its bird mites. Another pest company came and removed a huge nest from the roof. So either they really dont know how to identify bed bugs or they tried to rip us off just before Christmas. We were totally disappointed getting this expensive offer just to make money regardless of our concerns of our baby getting exposed to such an amount of chemicals especially as we had years of good service with them.

They are super reliable, easily contactable and professional. We've never had any issues with pests which is definitely due to the fact that they are always on top of things as soon as contact them. Highly recommend and I will be using them for a long time.

Interesting experience with these guys. Was recommended by the prior owner of a business we purchased in Newtown. Paid for 2 sessions, no result. Roaches everywhere still even after a 3rd visit and upon complaint told they did us a favour and find someone else. Just dont deal with these people.
