Previous owners Brett and Joanna were a nightmare to deal with and deceptive. They have new owners and the new people there are very professional and courteous. Very thankful that the new owners are there, no way I would have gone back to Brett and Joanna. Anyone burnt in the past by the dickers I would encourage to give the new owners a go.

Just picked up my car from Dickers after some grub in a shopping centre carpark hit it and left. Joanna was fantastic and had it booked in straight away. The work done was first class and not only was it fast and I was kept up to date with the process but it was also returned fully detailed. Amazing service it looked brand new inside and out. Thanks to the whole Dickers team for outstanding service and making a miserable experience end with a smile.

Had a front guard needed repairing on my Toyota 86, they promptly fixed the damage and repainted it. There were some issues with the paint that I pointed out, at which they were happy to repaint it until it was perfect. Incredibly happy with their honesty and effort to ensure I'm 100% happy with the work provided.

Picked up today and noticed they had even interior cleaned the car at no cost. Brilliant above and beyond service.

My Mother’s name is Mary Colley what turned out to be a negative and stressful thing after having a car accident soon turned into a positive thing with the great service from Dicker Motors. The two girls in the office Cathy and Joanna were fantastic and most helpful they arranged for my Mother’s car to be picked up first thing in the morning by a tow truck because the car was not drive-able, they kept my Mother up to date with regards to the car rental Tim Ryan from right2drive dropped a car off at my Mother’s house, when my Mother’s car is ready to be picked up at the panel shop Tim Ryan will pick the car up from there. The girls arranged the quote and paperwork for the insurance company. Before my Mother knew it, the car was all done and ready to go. The workmanship on the car was fantastic my Mother was so happy with the way that the car was returned to her, after seeing the car after it was damaged, she did not think that it could look like that again she thought that it might have been a right off so overall my Mother had a very good experience so if you have a damaged car and you are looking for service and good value for money look no further than Dicker Motors just ask for Cathy or Joanna, they will take care of all of your damage and repair needs my Mother would highly recommend Dicker Motors to anyone with a damaged car, my Mother was left in good hands with great teamwork from the start to the finish, the tradesmen did a great job on the workmanship of the car. I have had my Toyota HiAce van for a full day now and could not be more happier with the service and quality of work I have received from Dicker Motors since picking it up yesterday.
