Great service I thought it was a lil bit expensive at first but after the job they did $ well spent

I was very surprised by my experience here given the good reviews.

My car had bug splatter on the front after a drive from Adelaide to Sydney. I paid for their "Edge Pro Wash" and when I got the car back, it was generally cleaned ok except for the front which was still very messy.

When I showed the staff, I was told it must be glue (lol) and that it couldn't be removed without damaging the paint and that there was nothing they could do. I then took the car home and scrubbed it off successfully myself (which is what I had hoped to avoid by taking it to a professional carwash). I understand it wasn't easy to remove but it didn't seem like they had tried very hard.

Besides this the service was just a bit strange. I made a booking and when I showed up they had no idea of my booking (or seemingly any booking system at all) and I had to tell them which options I wanted despite already selecting this for the booking. They couldn't tell me the difference between the wash types except to suggest I get the more expensive one.

I expected this place to be really good given the other reviews but I won't be returning. I note that alot of their 5 star reviews are by people with no other reviews and one of their 5 star reviews was submitted by themselves so make your own conclusions from that. Maybe I just got them on a bad day.

The owner is highly experienced, knowledgeable, and simply a professional at his craft. Will definitely be returning here again.

This place is awesome, I was stunned by the quality of the service. All the staff are trained very well and are all professionals and best in town.

The new owners are great. It’s a shame their rating is based on the old owners performance. My car is always great when these guys are finished.

Disappointed I wasn't informed they don't take credit card anymore until I went back to pickup my car.
