After being refused a 600 visa twice (through 2 immigration offices that did not care in Australia). Things were almost hopeless when an acquaintance introduced me to lawyer Hanh and the IST immigration office. After receiving advice from lawyer Hanh, my hope seemed to be rekindled. And luckily, after only 1 week from the date of fingerprinting, I was granted a 600 visa. When I arrived in Australia, I continued to receive advice from lawyer Hanh and the IST immigration office to change from 600 visa to partner visa. 820. Luck smiled again, I was granted visa 820 after just over 2 months from the date of application. The review:
I recommend Mrs Hanh and her team without reservation. They are the standard other Migration lawyers should be held to.
After making the mistake in 2018 going with another Migration lawyer for my wife’s 801 visa, and taking his advice on the best way to approach her visa, we were in the position where our daughter was left off the application and therefore was not granted PR with my wife in 2020. Compounding my mistake was the Covid19 pandemic which has meant we have not been able to see our daughter in 2 years. This has caused a lot of emotional pain.
Enter Mrs Hanh, after we explained the situation, she advised that it could take 6 -9 months to secure the 101 visa for our daughter. It turned out to be much faster.
From the initial contact where she outlined the steps, she has under promised and over delivered. The process has been smooth with her and her team taking care of all paperwork required from both Australia and Vietnam. Due to Mrs. Hanh’s professionalism the department was able to approve the 101 visa in 1month and 10 days, where we had been told by other lawyers/agents that it would take 12 months and the government’s own website quote’s 18 months processing time.
It is a pleasure to deal with someone who appreciates that securing a visa for a family member is not merely a transactional process.
