The Ladies at DiLorenzo Tiles Willoughby are simply fantastic. Through their generous advice, reassurance, design intel and unique inspirations I was able to confidently select my finishes for my renovation. I am thrilled with the outcome. Each and every staff member at the Willoughby Store were a joy to work with and provided me with outstanding service every step of the way. Would absolutely recommend this store and the services they provide.

I have found that the women at Di Lorenzo Tiles have consistently gone out of their way to provide fantastic service with professionalism, efficiency and the degree of humour and empathy that is particularly required during Covid times. Furthermore, I have been rewarded for trusting their judgement in terms of design and their astute understanding of the workings of their industry by way of a stunning bathroom. I highly recommend them.

Great looking tiles but terrible service.

After visiting the store twice and emailing numerous times to get an updated quote with the addition of feature wall tiles, Sales Consultant Bev Kahn (who might be a little slow on the uptake) rudely responds to my request;

“Hannah…on the quote I see there is the white handmade tiles …the gloss and matt…the square ones. ”

Did she assume that when a PDF attached to an email a month or so before is updated on her end, it automatically updates on the customers end? It’s ok that she’s not the sharpest tool in the shed but don’t be rude.

Since then I have emailed both her and another consultant Tara saying it wasn’t attached and could they please sent it but have only had an out of office responses saying they would be “away til Friday. ” 2 and a half weeks later and still nothing. Very disappointed. It’s a huge shame.

While on this occasion we didn’t purchase anything from the store, the service we received was impeccable. I would highly recommend this shop and will be back in the future.

We had such a great customer experience with Di Lorenzo tiles. The showroom had a huge range of tiles to choose from and all of them were stunning. I worked with Tara on selecting tiles for our kitchen and bathroom renovation and she couldn’t have been more helpful. Tara has a great eye and is so knowledgeable about all of the different tiles and how they will work in a space. She was also just SO lovely to work with. When our original choice wasn’t going to work for our time line, she painstakingly took me through various other options until I was happy with something else. She went out of her way for us and it really was 5 star service. We will definitely never use anyone else for tiles. Thank you!

Lovely range of high quality tiles. However different service at different stores. The Waterloo people are very helpful but the Willoughby ones are rather stuck up and snooty, felt like it was an inconvenience when I asked for help. Will travel to Waterloo to buy.

I enjoyed fantastic customer service at Willoughby. The staff spent many hours over numerous days sorting through my tile choices. They listened to my ideas, offered alternatives and I found them to be very pragmatic. The follow up customer care has also been excellent and I would highly recommend them.

Not the best
overpriced tiles and bad customer service what a combo!
Very friendly till you place your order
Were short of 1 box of tiles, rang the store asking if we could pick it up from Willoughby store, the lovely young girl said: Even if we get it delivered from the warehouse here "we are not gonna lift the box for you"
End of the story had to drive to blacktown for 1 box of tiles
Never coming back and glad to be able to share the experience with others.
Plenty of options around them and all over Sydney

Women at Willoughby very snooty. Pity as I like their tiles but can’t bring myself to back into the store.

I'm over the moon with my Di Lorenzo experience. The staff were so helpful and knowledgeable. They gave great suggestions about colour and what tiles worked best together. I feel like my new kitchen and bathroom are straight out of a Designer Magazine. Nothing was too much for them, and they were more than happy to help out when I had to change my splashback because the kitchen people messed up our countertop and gave me a different colour. I highly recommend them.

Purchased our bathroom tiles from the Willoughby store and found they had a great selection of tiles, wish we went there first (we'd already spent many weekends visiting tile stores all over Sydney). The service was fantastic, we changed our minds and our order a couple of times and they always accommodated us, without any issue or penalty.
