Jacqui and her team managed our sale with superb professionalism in a remarkably short time. Work on the house was planned and carried out very efficiently to totally transform the house to suit the identified target market. Jacqui kept us informed with regular meetings to provide updates on potential buyers and selling price. Team members were always available to answer our questions and respond to our concerns. Jacqui's deep and extensive knowledge of the market and the locality was a great asset. We were delighted when the house sold to a young family for a higher price than we expected. It was a pleasure to deal with Jacqui and her team and I would highly recommend her.

Highly Recommend
Jess recently sold our apartment at 14/72 Murdoch Street, Cremorne.

Her service, results and professionalism was extraordinary.

He personality is bubbly, optimistic but also factual.

She was constantly available if we wanted to speak to her, and she provided us with regular updates on potential buyers and feedback from open homes.

Jess handled very well some objections with the property as it was company title.

Jess kept our tenant onside throughout the selling process, whilst maintaining the presentation of the apartment.

My wife and I were extremely happy with Jess and the result she was able to achieve for us.

We highly recommend Jess, she is a rockstar agent.

Professional and highly recommended
It was great working with the selling team of Jessica Stubberfield and Piers van Hamburg and they achieved a great result. Jess was usually the first to arrive at the open inspections with a keen eye for detail to ensure that the house always looked its best. Jess has excellent communication skills, professionalism and market knowledge. During the sales campaign, I was kept well informed and 'in the loop'. I highly recommend working with Jess.

Jacqui was fabulous. She delivered what she promised, without overstating the potential price.
Jacqui said from the outset that her point of difference was her obsession with detail. She was correct in her self assessment and in property this definitely does make all the difference.
Such a detail focus positively impacts price, of that I am sure, and evidenced in our Raglan St sale.

Quick, Easy Sale. Priscilla was fantastic to deal with! As investors currently living outside of Sydney, we needed to rely on our agent to really act on behalf of our best interests. Priscilla stepped into this role in ways we had not expected. Her expertise was outstanding in preparing for the listing in terms of renovations, marketing recommendations, initial listing targets, and managing the showings and ultimately the auction process. She maintained excellent communications with us through email, phone and WhatsApp. She worked very well with our legal team and property management team. Jacqui is a highly professional agent who went above and beyond to achieve an outstanding result for our property. Highly recommended.

Jacqui directed and managed the sale of our house extremely well. The house was presented in the best possible light. It's prime location meant it was a highly visible sale and it attracted a lot of attention.

Rebekah and i were both overseas, in different locations, for most of the time it was on the market and Jacqui kept us informed with both written and telephone summaries of progress. She had a good feel for the market and for the people who showed interest. She was able to identify the serious interest very quickly.

Once expressions of interest were in Jacqui managed the delicate process of securing the final sale, again keeping us in the loop at all times. She was complimented on her skill as an open and transparent negotiator by all involved. Since then she has continued to monitor the sale process, even after it's transfer to the conveyancers.

We would highly recommend her services.

Grant Simpson guided us through the whole process from selecting the contractor, to coordinating the renovation, liaising with the building management, developing a marketing plan, organizing the viewings for the sales auction, and concluding with the auction. Our apartment was shone to top advantage and we realized a sales price that exceeded our exceptions. Grant is hard working, professional, straight forward and as a person, a delight to work with. We can't say enough about our positive experience and could highly recommend him.

Great Market Knowledge and Intuition
With moving house imminent and with one foot firmly in leasing out the surplus property, meeting with Georgia opened me to explore the selling option. With her rational approach and no-nonsense style, she presented her knowledge of the current climate and the benefits of testing the property market through an off-market campaign that certainly reaped the rewards. Having sold homes before, this exercise has by far been the most hassle free. Together with local agent stalwart Piers van Hamburg and utilising the Di Jones database of potential buyers, our home was photographed, promoted and sold all within 10 days. Clear communication throughout and better still, only 2 open homes required so the resident cats were no longer inconvenienced, not to mention the saving in full marketing campaign costs. The serious buyers were identified and brought through. I cannot recommend Georgia more highly. I look forward to dealing with her with our next 5 year plan of selling.

My review for this Real Estate agent is one star
I own a information agency company which deals direct with Land Registry services
they ordered over $200.00 worth of property enquires
they have refused to pay me and are now ignoring my phone calls and emails

I wish I could put 0 stars, why tell a buyer the vendor has accepted the offer and then continue hunting down higher offers? Surly you would seek the highest offer and then take it to the vendor. Deliberately wasting both the vendor and purchasers time is idiotic and a poor way to do business. Also update your address online, or do you really just not care at all.

My wife and I recently purchased our first house thanks to McGrath Mosman. John and Mike were extremely helpful, quick to respond to calls and were very accommodating to our busy schedules. The entire team went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied with the result (which we were). I'm happy to call them "friends" and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a house.

We have been dealing with the Mcgrath team for a long time, including Nigel Mukhi, Mia Coombs and Sue Irving. We have sold and bought properties through Nigel, and recently Mia rented our home within 7 days (due to our move overseas for a few years). Sue managed the property very well, and recently negotiated an extension of the lease. The McGrath team is professional, superb to deal with, and highly responsive.

They consistently deliver beyond expectations, selling my home in record time for a maximum price. Selling a property while living abroad can be plagued with problems including timezones and communication however these were handled seamlessly and professionally. What strikes me about dealing with Claudia Portale from McGrath is her incredible dedication to her work and her attitude in never giving up on achieving the best possible result. She really is passionate about her work and never rests on her laurels. I found her approach to be extremely professional and at the same time reassuring in handling the delicate and stressful situation of buying and selling ones' home. An exceptional negotiator, a cut above the rest.

My trusted agent was Claudia Portale. Sorry, but I do not agree with any of the previous flattering comments.
Absolutely unsatisfied the way and the rushing of the sale of my property.
NEW sellers/buyers DO NOT sign anything without your lawyer being PRESENT. Trust ONLY yourself, period. They do not have the capacity to put a price on your property, you do, period. Do not sign an agency contract allowing an in between lower and higher price or any power of attorney for your sale and no clause allowing any agent o sign or initial on your behalf any annex or alterations to the contract. Put a minimum price you feel is right for you and not to rush in a bargain sale, period.
Check the buyer's finance and instruct the agent to check the buyer can afford to buy on your terms and not theirs. There are buyers all the time and only one sucker, me or you.
