I was so impressed with the service and knowledge of these guys that over the course of the past 5 years I have bought 2 high-end coffee expresso machines and grinders from these guys. Their after care service is also great. Very helpful, on the phone or in person. Highly recommend if you want a quality experience with after purchase follow up.

A number of years ago I purchased a Rocket R58 espresso machine from Di Bartoli. Over that time I have enjoyed many great coffees from a fantastic machine, but a while ago the machine had some issues. Renzo and all the staff were brilliant in getting the machine working perfectly again! I would not buy a coffee machine from anyone else after experiencing the quality support of Renzo and staff. Integrity is everything.

Started with an old repair to a Bezzera at old Bondi junction shop to buying a new one non of which were hard sell, after the free course with new Bezzera machine to later Hottop bean roaster I release Renzo is a coffee expert that sells machines not just a salesman, looking back he sold me the gear I needed not what he wanted to sell like most do. Their beans very consistent too, this is a long term review not a quick one off

I liked their Signature blend the most - the post-blending after individually roasting single origins works brilliantly.

Great customer service. I had 3 machines in mind and couldn't make a decision. I had a phone consult and Ben walked me through the pros and cons of each model. There were a few very specific questions I had that he wasn't sure of, so he tested them out on the floor machines while on the phone to me.

My Di Bartoli experience started way before the coffee touched my lips. On opening the outer shipping package, my kitchen was filled with the rich aroma of freshly roasted coffee beans. I was impressed by the little touches, the tear-away strip and the zip-lock seal on their bag told me of the company’s interest in our convenience by choosing a bag with obviously more expensive features to make life easier for us.

I’m not an experienced prosumer by a long shot, I am sorry to say that I have a cheap grinder and machine but these beans gave me a sense of reverence; I wanted to treat them with respect. So I changed my habits a little, grinding less coffee than usual to maintain their freshness and even dropping the sugar that I usually have with coffee, the smell had convinced me that I wanted to taste this coffee as close to ideal conditions as possible.

The packet describes the Signature House Blend as Dark Chocolate, Peanut Caramelised Malt flavour; I can’t say that I could separate out any flavours like that, but I can say that those beans gave me the best coffee that I have ever had from my machine on the same settings as what I now know to be stale, bland, supermarket beans.

I have often been told by friends that freshly roasted beans are the key to great coffee.thank you, Di Bartoli, I am certainly convinced and I will be back for more!

My recent experience with Di Bartoli absolutely exceeded my expectations and I would recommend them wholeheartedly.

I first met Ofra when I booked into one of their initial 30 minute consultations to get some advice on where to start. Ofra gave me over an hour of her time, taking me through all of the considerations when entering the prosumer coffee world. Her advice was excellent and was based on my needs, and in fact, her final recommendation was for a machine that was sold out!

Whilst I was considering what to do, Ofra proactively contacted me to provide an alternative solution. She offered to give me a loan machine to learn on whilst I waited for mine to be back in stock. This is just one example that showcases the exceptional customer service at Di Bartoli, and certainly inspired me to choose them over ANY other company.

It doesn't stop there though. Benjamin was also super helpful throughout the entire period, providing updates and answering all of my questions. To sort out a minor issue, Benjamin caught public transport to deliver an item to my home!
