7Received the fake empty box parcel called the DHL supply chain the receptionist just hanged the phone a brushing scam beware and don't trust DHL supply chain fake empty parcels.
So I came here to drop a package and there was no one in reception just a number to call. I called and they asked me to leave the box. I said I needed a receipt for the reception of the package. I waited 20 minutes and then someone showed up and said Ohhh you are not in the DHL that can sign you have to drive another 20 mins to the other DHL. This company is a joke….
I'm still waiting for my order which was supposed to be here 2 days ago not happy
Good and corteous and friendly staff assisting you to fill in the form for sending your parcel overseas.
Great place and I near the airport so it's a little bit far from the city. If you work there then you have to take a bus to take you to redfern station then you can choose where do you want to go example western Sydney or North Sydney. I location is in matraville and near botany bay. It' a large Warehouse plus if you thought that you want to get a direct train from matraville to city or Parramatta sorry no station at matraville and the nearest station from matraville is mascot.
