Very appreciative of the level of communication we get when dealing with DHL. Very difficult logistics period of history and to be kept updated and almost instantly answered helps so much. Particularly thank you to Patricia in customer service.

They offer you job? If you have the slave attitude and treat the manager in that office where all truck drivers get their paperwork done as your God… then its the perfect job for you … but the minute you think you can file a complaint against him you’re fired. In other words don’t work there. They don’t even deserve a 1 star…. I can’t say that the manager is an as…le because I will be insulting the word by calling it that manager…

Good service, but when not home, they left a card and I rang them, arranged for next delivery, waited til 2pm, did tracker which said I had to pick up from newsagents, which I did.

DHL are the ultimate rip off's in my opinion, they are using covid-19 to charge extrodanry prices in sending packing from Japan.when as i have bought many parts from jaoan in the past and always used japan postal i know my prices. Even 2 tiney stickers i needed for the car they chaged $65 way more than the item itself. I can give you this heads up myself and many people will be boycotting dhl as soon as Japan postal serice reopens and heres a news flash for you they do deliver just as fast as you.

Great service, customer service very patient and helpful with sending parcel. Really happy after been through so many dramas with others shipping company. Strongly recommend.

Have had a couple of parcels sent from overseas using DHL, they have both taken well over two months to arrive. Other couriers used by the same companies have managed to deliver the products in less than 10 days (even with COVID). I won't ever buy from a company again if I know they use DHL as a delivery service if there's no other option. Absolutely the worst service I've ever experienced and they refuse to take any responsibility for it too. Blame it on someone else.

Shocking. Funny how disorganised and haphazard a logistics company can be! Their shipment tracking doesn't work - if you call, you get totally different updates that are only available in DHL's internal system, so the online tracking is next to useless. Costs are unclear upfront. Communication is about as poor as you could believe. Will never ship pallets with DHL again.

Paid initial invoice over a week ago and the delivery still has not been delivered while they then send a second invoice for storage of goods while they email original OS supplier but never once warning of time restraint. I even offered to pay the original customs handler bill directly and was told by DHL not too. Will never use again. Beware of these additional charges before you use them!

No toilets for visitors or waiting Drivers even though waiting time is hours. Only employees are human beings there

This place is an occupational safety hazard I have never worked in a warehouse with such poor housekeeping habits & such disgusting behaviour displayed by certain staff.the floor supervisor Alex Lamb treats his staff in an abhorrent manner he has no people skills, is extremely rude & abuses his authority so much so that he thinks it's acceptable to swear at his staff & throw his weight around like a toddler. This man has no place is management anywhere, EVER & there are also 2 individuals Jared Fong a "team leader" on the floor & Ben Ho whom think it's ok to bully co workers with despicable remarks not only is this an extremely uncomfortable & dangerous warehouse but they are the most careless & unorganized freight warehouse I have ever worked for.
