17 I had initially inquired about a business account with DHL, but unfortunately, my experience with their follow-up calls has been extremely frustrating.
Despite my clear requests to stop calling me, I have continued to receive unsolicited calls for years. The persistence has become quite intrusive and has left me with a negative impression of the company.
I would appreciate it if DHL could review their communication practices and respect the wishes of individuals who may not be interested in their services.
My friend attended her son's wedding in Ireland and decided to send her wedding outfit home to me with DHL rather than cart it all over her trip. DHL picked it up on the 24th June and delivered into Sydney on the 2nd July. I contacted DHL questioning the delay in delivery. Then told that Customs wanted to know whether the contents where business or personal. 5th July replied personal. By Friday 8th told all ok. Tuesday the 12th same questions from another DHL call centre person. I spoke with the same person Lagi today as least week who told me it is now held up in quarantine but the matter has been escalated. Expensive service and poor delivery that I had to chase. I recommend never using DHL. That is my experience and my personsal view. So disappointing. So unprofessional
Package was delivered to the wrong address. No location of the package was noted. An inconvenience for us having to contact DHL and wait for them to "action". Please up your game DHL, do better. Thanks.
“Attempted” delivery but doorbell did not ring while I was WFH. Support asked me to pick up on the next day but parcel was not ready for pick up when next day came. Then I requested redelivery on Friday (over customer support phone call and confirmed multiple times) but the redelivery was on a wrong day on Tuesday when I am overseas.
What’s wrong with DHL?
Terrible.
I was home all day, yet the package was left in the rain.

The delivery give my pracel to other person and now i have to report to the police because someone take my pracel!
Ordered my SunglassHut order on Sunday, today’s Wednesday & DHL delivered it before lunch! They also informed me of the status along the way! Really happy with DHL! SunglassHut should be too! 5 stars!
Shipped an expensive gift for my wife's 40th via DHL Express, they sent my package from Sydney to Canberra, then back to Sydney, then to Brisbane then back to Sydney. I am still waiting and I am only an hour north of Sydney. I have had no phone call, no reply to correspondence and no updates from DHL.
I missed my wife's birthday and I am still waiting. The really awful thing about this whole scenario is that I could have driven to Sydney, picked it up myself, and returned home within 3 hours, I mistakenly assumed DHL Express would be able to deliver on time.
I hate leaving a bad review but I really got screwed by this company and they have made no attempt to reach out to help resolve the problem which makes the whole situation 10 x worse. I will include redacted photos below to prove my point. I strongly recommend you use any other company, DHL have made no attempt to help me out and I am still waiting, 4 days later, for some reasonable semblance of an update? Thanks DHL, you ruined a gift that was in play for 15 months.
It is hard to impress me & yet I am impressed:)
Excellent customer service (the nice lady at head office offered me to write down the delivery address of my parcel in the destination country's native language beside English),
My parcels are always delivered /received earlier than estimated delivery date
Their tracking service is super accurate, (I personally prefer to get tracking notifications of all updates)
I highly recommend DHL
I work from home, and they said out of delivery cause no one at home. It happened so many time. Lazy and liar diver. I wish I could give them zero star.

Had great customer service from Rosalia. Very attentive and helpful. DHL, in general however, provided great customer service in the midst of great incompetence (Rosalia was wonderful)
Very disappointed with the Mid-state Freight people from Merangaroo. The pick up today did not happen because I believe the driver did not even get out of his car. Myself and my wife waited all day for this pickup at our address 34 Laidley Street, Morts Estate, Lithgow 2790. We did not leave our parcel outside because it is valuable and we could not afford the risk of leaving it on our veranda. The pickup person did not knock on our door, they did not even ring our doorbell. My wife was in the front room all day. They said that the driver came to our house at 12: 59. We had a car out the front and one in our drive. It was clearly obvious that we were at home. They had my mobile phone number, no message was left. This incompetence has caused an unnecessary delay and we have had to re-book for the 29th December. The pickup driver didn't demonstrate good service. Very unhappy! David
They have never once attempted delivery, I work from home and they have never once been able to ring my buzzer. I've sat at home and watched a delivery change status to "attempted delivery" while sat at home waiting for the doorbell waiting for an urgent package. I'd give them zero stars if I could. Constantly have to get them to drop it off at Summer Hill new agency to get any delivery from them.
Absolutely worse services ever!
1/ Regarding dealer information. My parcel suppose available on my hand within 3 days and wait on 9 days to reach where it up to!? !
2/Base on conversation record with DHL company I've been contact CS team and let them know how will receive &sign and how to access my building. CS team committed is DOOR TO DOOR SERVICES. Deliver who is LIAR as " my building need code access and nobody at home". Such a ridiculous excuse for unprofessional conduct.
3/upon request good arrange earliest schedule time. They require I PICK UP myself.
That's fine I don't bother want to involve these guys anymore as soon as I got my parcel. BUT
4/ But the last CS team he behave RACIST and say "I KNEW WHERE YOU CAME FROM"

Courier parcel collection driver very rude first time I'm using this company, also he cannot speak English very poor service
Dhl advatise fulfilment but after weeks of calling to give them all my money and transfered to A dial tone over and over again this is all I can do.so I hope this one star hurts this billion dollar company: 0
