DHL Tuggerah is full of Indian and Bangladesh immigrants, I went there to pick up a parcel and couldn't believe what I was seeing.
So we're having a housing crisis on the Central Coast atm, I was told that these immigrants get priority housing from the government.

It's time to revolt and kick these scabs back to their own country.

What fantastic service! Thank you so much for the great amount of communication between myself and the staff at DHL for keeping my passport safe whilst I returned from holiday! Especially to Ebony on reception, who liaised with me so that my passport didnt get retunred to the UK! I was a task and a half to get this renewed and only took 2 years! So thank you Ebony for your efforts, you are a star member of staff!

Amazing friendly efficient service at Tuggerah this morning. Young lady (should have gotten her name) such a lovely helpful girl. Staff and drivers were all smiling and courteous. 5 stars.

Customer service is literally appalling. The automated system does literally nothing to help and when you try to call nothing is ever available and they don't even put you on hold. That's if you can even get through. Tried dialing the number given by the customer service automated text and couldn't even get through. Am extremely upset.

Customer server was extremely helpful, called them and got through straight away because my shipment was on "hold" they were very polite and my package was shipped on the 10th and delivered on the 12th!

Worst delivery service ever. Tracking status for my delivery has not changed in 3 weeks, can't even find a customer service number to follow up - it just keeps looping me back to status. Do not trust this company for international delivery. They repeatedly lost track of my parcels for over a month until my order mysteriously appeared 6 weeks later.

What a terrible service. We get a cardsaying they missed us yet we were home. Turned up to the depot on Monday morning from a Friday delivery and no parcel
It was still on the van we had to wait while the parcel was delivered to the depot. If they had come to our door and rang the bell then we would have answered.

Go with ANY other service before DHL if you can help it. It will save you a headache in the long run. They treat their clients like garbage, have the glichyest website, and treat you like an imbicile when they screw up. I've never had so many problems with one company before.

The guys at DHL Tuggerah were super helpful with me today. Went in to enquire about the whereabouts of a package - they found it was in their warehouse, so went and found it and gave it to me there and then!

Guys and gal at Tuggerah Depo where GREAT!
I walked away very happy! My job took awhile to sort out. But for them, it was not a problem and they slowly went through all the possible ways to get my parcel on the road. A huge thank you. ️

Waiting for a parcel from Munich Germany, no notification that it had supposedly arrived, instead on their website it said the parcel had been successfully delivered when it had not been delivered at all, l call them, no phone service at this time, so l email them and get a reply saying that my parcel is being sent back to Germany and to contact the seller for further details, l did contact the seller/sender and they already have the parcel back in Germany with the parcel marked that the recipient didn't want the parcel, so the seller/sender tells me my parcel could not have got to Australia and back to Germany in 3days it's not possible, so someone at DHL is not telling the truth about the whole situation, now my parcel has to be in re-sent to Australia because of this incompetence.hope l don't have to use them ever again.

My package was yesterday I got the text message at 815am. It comes to 450pm no package so I rung them and they said it will be there by 530 so all good.waiting till then as the drop off point was at my place of business and we close at 530pm. At 525 I get a text message saying tried to drop off package but business was closed. I seen no truck no one walked up the door nothing, so I call DHL and spoke with a lady explaining to her what just happened she rings the truck driver then comes back to me and says he is back at the depot which is only 10 minutes away I said how can he be back at the depot when im the phone to you which at this stage had been 10 minutes. She then proceeds to tell me it is a he says she says situation.things happen just own to it.tells me I will get a phone call this morning with a more accurate ETA, I have a text message saying they will be here between 7am to 7pm.smart arses.

Very disappointed with DHL. Delivery was expected on the 20th Friday. It never came! Estimated date was 23rd Monday September which is understandable. But why send an email notification that it was getting delivered on the 20th when it wasn't? Wasted a day waiting for my parcel!

Extremely frustrated with the service I experienced from administration in regard to a small package delivery to my property. The first attempt to deliver requiring a signature, was to an incorrect address, the second delivery date was set for a Thursday with my correct address and I received a text Tuesday to say it was being delivered that day (when I was not going to be home) it was still addressed incorrectly. The third attempt to deliver (which was the Thursday I requested (for which I had to stay home for) did not eventuate as the driver ran out of time (I was not informed on the day this was the case). Low and behold the fourth attempt to deliver was to be Friday for which I was not going to be home. Therefore to avoid any further frustration I had to ensure that someone would be home to receive the small package. All in all, horrendous service. Thankfully I have my package and hope I do not have to deal with DHL any further.

Absolutely TERRIFIC service, AND MY PARCEL ARRIVED A DAY EARLY. I called up the DHL office to ask for assistance in tracking and the guy was EXTREMELY helpful, he couldn’t get a hold of the driver the first time but got a hold of him the second, all the whole being extremely professional. Amazing experience 10/10.
