Devine Rug Care

Second time I’ve had my Turkish rug cleaned my Devine. They always provide an excellent service and the rug came back looking and feeling like new.

Service is pricey but top notch. They pick up and delivery your rugs and the care that is taken to place them exactly right is fantastic. I also added extra protection to my rugs, which they price after cleaning is done. I also wish they would offer a trimming service as my cats have done some minor damage that could be improved.

I have been very pleased with care my rug received.
I am very happy with the door to door pick up and delivery.
I find this an excellent service and I would happily recommend them to anyone.

Devine Rug Care were amazing! Wish I took a before photo - my cream rug was so stained with baby vomit and dirty feet stains and it came back sparkling fresh and good as new! (And super speedy turnaround!) So worth it. Will definitely be using you again, thank you!

Devine cleaned two handmade wool rugs for me. They were very professional, reasonably priced, and organising pickup and delivery was easy. The rugs look great and feel and smell very clean. There is a bit of pilling that appears to have been caused by the washing process but I guess there's nothing to be done about that.

Devine rug care do an exceptional job and they are environmentally responsible not using harsh chemicals. Our rug looks great after this clean.

Great service. My rug has come up like new each time. They even managed to get red chili kimchi stains out after a mishap. Highly recommended.

Friendly, helpful and efficient service. Collected and returned the rugs quickly.
Our dog had an accident on our black and white striped rug and Devine were able to help us as usual.
Also we had a new rug for another room so got it stain resistant treated before we put it down.

Very pleased with my experience. I reached out to Devine rug care after a tea spill on my very delicate and light coloured rug - in addition to the spill there were a few older stains. The whole process took less than a week and results were better than expected - the rug looks brand new!

Tam was wonderful- professional and very service oriented. Nothing was too much trouble and our lounge room rug has never looked better.

WARNING - I sent off a dirty rug to be cleaned with a quote of $720.00 for pick up and drop off. Previously Devine did a excellent job cleaning a gold oriental rug, So I had no hesitation sending my Garden of Edan rug for cleaning to them. Devine agreed the rug was damaged and refunded me the $720.00 and the the damaged rug. However, they would NOT compensate me for the rug. If I dragged the rug to the yard and gave it a good hose and I damaged it, my insurance would have compensated me for the rug. Due to sending it to a professional there was no compensation for my once in a lifetime Vintage Garden of Edan rug.

Very happy with the customer service and quality of care provided to my rug. The Devine team was fantastic - the customer service staff were very courteous and helpful, and the cleaning team have fantastic expertise and were able to provide me with all the information I needed. Thank you Devine.

Hopeless. Gave me a quote and assured me theyd contact me after they reopen. Never bothered to contact me, I tried contacting them and got no response. So instead of wasting my time further ive just bought a new rug.
