Devine Real Estate kept almost $600 from our bond because the place we had rented had mold and said that it wasn't up to scratch on the cleaning. At first they had said that they got quoted $350 for the cleaning but they were going to look for a cheaper quote. How can you go from someone quoting $350 + handyman work to almost $600. With work for handyman to remove child locks. We scrubbed walls with sugar soap bur the mold wouldn't come off. Dead flies which she had said we're inside. Removalist were keeping doors open and flies going in the house is unavoidable. Did she except me to kill every fly that flew in the house. Mold is an issue that is prevalent in a lot of old homes in the inner west. In our very few inspections we had with them whilst renting the place we had told them about the mold. One young man had said "you should get that cleaned especially since you have young girls". I would not recommend this company to anyone. There is no communication between tenants, landlords and real estate. Very bad indeed. Also they had scheduled an open for inspection whilst we were still renting the place. It was only when we had told them we will still be at the property is when they had it cancelled. Unprofessional bunch of dim wits.

We listed and sold our house with David and Poppy in late 2021. We spoke with three agents before choosing to list with them, and by far and away we found them to be the most straight talking, honest, open and attentive.

We were anxious about the sale, and needed advice on how to maximise our sale price in terms of minor improvements and styling. D&P provided us with advice, helped us arranged quality, affordable tradespeople, stylists, and their team's photography and videography was incredible.

The best part about working with David and Poppy was the regular communication, and this greatly helped reduce our anxiety. Honestly, we did not worry at all about the result, even on auction day, as we felt we were in such expert, professional hands. We got a fantastic result, which we very much attribute to the way David interacted with potential buyers and strategy ahead of the auction.
