Last year I was a heavy smoker.and not only was I not getting any pleasure from it. I was going through tons of Money here in Australia. I went to Chris for a few sessions of Hypnotherapy.and was totally surprised at how quickly and easily he helped me! When I went under. I remember peaceful feelings.and him telling me to feel good about myself! He did not attack my smoking habit PER SE.he made me feel like I had the power over my own life to do what I wanted.without the "Crutch" of cigarettes.
Hypnotherapy has helped me manage chronic pain to a point where I very rarely need to take any prescribed pain killers.
