3There are few issues like, the blots and nuts are not at all labeled, it took some time to understand what is what as per the instructions. Also, the wood is beautiful and strong but doesn't come with holes drilled. So need to have like drill machine to make holes to fit the bolts. Overall average.
Chris and the team at this company are great. So, we had a bad experience with receiving the goods, BUT, this wasn't their fault.it was due to a supply chain issue. The reason i know that is because they took the time to explain this to me and also help sort the issue out. They helped the whole way and we have now received the goods. The reason I thought it appropriate to write a review is because it isn't often you can find good companies that have good customer service
