A huge thanks to Grant and the team at Designer Eco Tiny Homes. Our Tiny arrived this week and we have been so impressed with the whole experience and quality of the finished product. The team was responsive, accomodating and transparent through the whole process which is why would not hesitate to recommend this business.

Worth a look. The workmanship is excellent but the pricing starts at $100,000 which is too much for me but if you have the cash, go for it.

Danielle and Grant were a pleasure to deal with, from initial design through to the finished product. I love my custom built tiny home, which was completed just over 12 months ago. There was an issue with the baltic pine cladding (used due to cedar being unavailable during Covid) so it was suggested we leave it 12 months (giving the cladding exposure to every season change) and it has now been completely re-treated and re-painted and looks like new. An excellent painter local to where I live was used so I was not inconvenienced in any way. Fantastic after sales service from Designer Eco Tiny Homes, who I highly recommend for your tiny home journey.

We originally bought our 4.8 Tiny from Designer Eco Tiny homes and Kylie and Grant were very helpful throughout the whole process. Recently we resold our Tiny with Kylie organizing everything from pickup to sale. Cannot recommend enough, very professional team, great builders and product. Thank you.

We asked them to litterally turn the layout on its head, and they did, and its perfectly executed. The whole project was delivered on time and under budget (there's no hidden costs with these guys!). Eco tiny homes make fantastic weekender tiny homes, alittle pricey for me but i suppose you get what you pay for, well worth a look see.

Eco tiny homes have built us a beautiful family home. We are loving it! We had a good experience designing and communicating with the company.
Once it was ready for delivery there was very little support with the set up. I understand that they build tiny houses but it is a real shame that they don't help with how to set up a tiny house. We had no idea how much work it was going to take.
It took us an extra 4 weeks before we could move in. This was also due to the delivery, we had to line it up properly before we could get the piers on.
We want to thank Eco tiny homes for providing us with a well built house.

From the moment we contacted Designer Eco Tiny Homes, with our need to get a tiny home - quickly, they couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. From our first phone call to delivery, they were professional, reliable and our Tiny Home exceeded all of our expectations.

From start to finish I was more than impressed with the Team at Designer Eco Tiny Homes. Their website is beautiful, with fantastic descriptions and photos (which matched my end product). I managed to get to an open day which was fun and informative, and I fell in love with the 7200 DLS.
Ordering was a breeze (it had to be as I was doing it from a bus in Thailand!). I then went back to Ulladulla and discussed design and options with Grant, who was incredibly knowledgeable and patient!
With a May 2020 delivery date booked, the tragedy of the bush fires was followed by the significant disruption of the COVID 19 pandemic. I was fully expecting and accepting of some delay. However, Grant and the team managed to safely and effectively continue their operation, delivering my Tiny on time - an amazing and admirable feat!
Delivered last week by Marc from Tiny Towing, dodging low hanging branches and road hogs all the way to my rural site, he even got the Tiny through my maze of gates, rocks, sinkholes and outhouses! Safe and sound!
As for the Tiny Home itself - it’s perfect! Such amazing finishes and workmanship! Such great use of space that makes it feel homely and airy. The built in 12v solar system means I already have lights. Big opening windows and louvres, with proper fly screens, are a godsend. Also, useful (unadvertised) extras like a fire extinguisher and blanket, and a touch up paint kit, add to the safety and maintenance of the investment.
If you are thinking of building or purchasing a Tiny Home, you could do no better than contact Grant and his team. They are consummate professionals and are a fantastic local business that deserves our support! And they make fantastic Tiny Homes!

Firstly let me just say Designer Eco Tiny Homes have been extremely generous to the Salvation Army and without their support and Tiny home we wouldn't be able to support a number of those in our community needing somewhere to stay.
The Tiny Home that we have has been able to house a gentlemen who was sleeping it rough in his car for a number of months as he had no where to stay. This Tiny Home literally gives people a place to call home until they can get back up on their feet.
It has everything, they can cook, there's a shower and toilet and a place to sleep and watch TV and for those we help this is a tremendous gift to them in their time of need.
These are quality built homes and provide everything the people we assist need. Better yet it's on wheels and provides us with flexibility and we can change location if needed.
I can't speak highly enough of "Designer Eco Tiny Homes". This family owned and run business has been one of the most professional and friendly company to deal with and strongly recommend anyone looking at buying a tiny home or working with them.

I will likely be considered a unique review as I haven’t ended up buying a completed Designer Eco Tiny Home for a number of reasons.however did have an amazing experience with Grant, Kylie and the team that is worth the 5 star review!

Kylie’s passion, knowledge, enthusiasm and relaxed approach made my initial contact amazing. A tour of the factory gave me a comprehensive first hand look at the quality of work, the whole array of dedicated professionals on their team and overall honesty and integrity that seems to be ingrained in this company. Kylie’s ‘no pressure’ approach gave me the confidence to progress my ideas to the next step with Grant.

Grant’s wealth of experience, knowledge and amazing patience resulted in multiple versions and customisations and quotes to make sure I was happy with my potential future tiny. Never once was I made to feel as though I was difficult or fussy or time wasting. Queries were patiently explained and clarified. Emails and phone calls always returned promptly.

In the end, I decided to go down the DIY self build path and both Grant and Kylie continued to be nothing but encouraging, helpful and professional! What a pleasure. Thank you Designer Eco Tiny Homes for giving me to confidence to follow my dream.

I love my Tiny House built by Designer Eco Homes. I use it as an airbnb, and have had consistent rave reviews.
The whole process of acquiring the Tiny was seamless: Grant kept me updated on its building progress, and it was always easy to communicate with him. It was delivered on time and installed perfectly.
I am constantly impressed with the attention to detail that went into its design and construction, and highly recommend the company to anyone seeking the best Tiny House for them.

We can't recommend Designer Eco Homes highly enough. Right from the moment when we called into their workshop and Jane gave us a guided tour of the tiny homes under construction we were so impressed. We loved the light and airy tiny homes on display. They were so well designed and the quality of workmanship was obviously high. The camaraderie amongt the workers appeared really high too, another very good sign.

Once we placed our order Grant kept us fully informed of the progress being made (including great photos). Any little change we wished to make was quickly accommodated. It seemed nothing was too much trouble for Grant. He'd always respond promptly to any requests made, and generously gave his advice when it was sought.

Grant's brother Marc delivered our tiny home & he and Fred ensured it was another very positive experience.

We felt we were in very good hands right from the outset. We fully trusted Grant and are left with a strong impression that Designer Eco Homes is a highly professional, ethical and sustainable company.
