Paul was very helpful and guided us through every step of what is something you will probably only do once in a lifetime - major renovation. Took the angst and anxiety out of the process and talked us through all the steps. Would highly recommend his services.

Paul has been an absolute pleasure to deal with as he assisted us on multiple occasions as well as on many occasions providing a great advice and opinion. Paul is certainly an assist to have as he also has great connections within the industry and can organize the process from A to Z. His services are also reasonably priced. Mr. Paul Festa designs are poor and lacks the common sense (not to be constructed), also his construction certificate drawings had several mistakes which reveals his lack of know how compared to other industry professionals.

But the most ironic thing is that he uses an extinct engineer called Ghaly Botros whom non of his work is correct in fact he copies & paste structural & hydraulic designs not even related to site.anyway Paul Festa & his engineer are highly not recommended as they will cost you ten's of thousands of $$$$$ in variations to fix their nonsense designs (if I can call it designs).
