Roula is the best Engineer I have had on site from Sirona Dentsply. She diagnoses problems with a sixth sense I have never seen before with anyone. She fixes the problem with a level of perfection that leaves us amazed because she explains every step and delicately completes the job. A true professional engineer with immense talent and attention to detail.

STAY AWAY. Rubbish company. Dishonest and unethical. Provided us with wildly incorrect information to secure a huge sale and did not deliver on their promises. Sneaky sales people who disappear as soon as your hard earned money hits their pocket. Trying to get any sort of service from them now is basically impossible. We paid a large amount of money for a product which is not performing to an acceptable standard and our business is being negatively affected - but they refuse to take any responsibility. We have lodged a complaint with Fair Trading.

Dentsply Sirona and my rep James Fang have been helpful for my dentistry career since 2008. Things I have bought from Sirona and James included C4 chairs, OPG, CBCT, CEREC, Astra implants, and Protaper files and motor. So far I am very pleased with James' customer service. He is always there for you. Highly recommend.

I have been dealing with Dentsply Sirona since 2009 and i simply say, they are the only Dental company that can provide an in house end to end solution. As a small business, I have purchased 17 dental chairs, 2 Cerec Machines, 4 Cone Beam and OPG machines over the last 12 years. I would be lying if i said that we have never had any issues with our equipment BUT Dentsply Sirona respond so well because the majority of their service techs are in house and even where they aren't, the outsourced companies service Dentsply Sirona only. In simple, you get what you pay for and with Dentsply Sirona, they always deliver the best.

I have been dealing with Dentsply for over 20 years. I have never had a bad experience with them. Recently I bought the primescan and primemill, I had a mall issue with the primemill initially and they simply replaced with a new one. I get a call from Manny, the state's manager, every month or so to check how am I going with my Cerec journey. I message Chris almost every day and whenever I need his help he is there for me. I am really happy with the product and the after service is exceptional. Thank you very much Manny and Chris ️
