We always find the staff at the office and when onsite at our residence to be honest and respectful. We are always very comfortable with the technicians. We had one spraying in the house yesterday and we couldn't fault the service or his professional attitude.

I contacted them first thing on Monday and they were on site after lunch and carried out all the work I requested

Friendly. Good when they first arrived, but where rather rushed towards the end of job. I had arranged for them to check for termites, but not sure the msg was passed on. However they did do a quick check and found some. They were also good with explaining what the next step is to get rid of the little buggers.

The operatives arrived on time and completed their work within the given time frame. Their report is comprehensive. From past experience, the company is diligent with the regular checks and reporting back.

Recently had my house sprayed by the great team at Dentec. After no response from the usual company I used and wanting my house done ASAP I messaged around to get quotes! Great price. The response was instant (even on a weekend). And had an availability they could squeeze me in! The communication was very friendly, and response was quick. Daniel (I think was his name) arrived promptly, was very friendly welcoming yet very professional. He didn’t assume information that had been passed on he asked questions to double check. I felt very comfortable leaving my house literally open whilst he done his job. Will be using these guys again in the future!

Polite staff who happily carried out my spider, vermin and termite treatments inside my house today. I appreciated their advice at the start of COVID-19 when they suggested just doing the outside and surely as promised, they came back to do the inside now that restrictions have been lessened.
