I saw Dr Zak Wilson for a bottom wisdom tooth removal, it’s rare to meet such a young knowledgeable man! I had been in pain over NY worst time of year, Dr Zac saw me on the 4th which was a huge relief! Highly recommended, lovely space and ambiance.

As someone who historically has found the dentist to be very stressful place, I can honestly say I have the opposite feeling when I visit the team at The Dental Lounge. They are all so calm and reassuring. Over the years they have been great at explaining what’s going on, why they are doing certain procedures and what to expect along the way (which is great for my anxiety) I know I’m in safe hands here. I’m now a frequent visitor and as a result have much healthier, cleaner teeth and all round oral hygiene. If you’re looking for a dentist but not quite sure who to trust, you have found the place to go in Sydney.

I would like to express my satisfaction with the experience I had at Dental Lounge. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and attention from the entire team. The atmosphere is pleasant and inviting, which helped me feel comfortable during my treatment. The professionals demonstrated great competence and care in every aspect of my care. I was very pleased with the service provided, and I would definitely recommend this clinic to friends and family. Thank you very much for providing such a positive visit!

The team at The Dental Lounge has been amazing. I have visited both the city and double bay clinic and both are equally as beautiful. I went in to see if I could get veneers for my misaligned smile, and after being welcomed and made to feel very comfortable at the initial consult there was no doubt I would be coming back and going ahead with Dr Gamer. They have been really accommodating at fitting me in last minute, super enthusiastic and helpful with talking me through my options and I have been involved in choosing the design and style to suit my face.
I was nervous about the costs but there are many payment options available to make it feasible for most budgets.
I cannot wait to receive my new smile!
I feel very confident I’m in great hands.
The service I have received thus far has been exceptional.

Since expressing my concerns, Dental Lounge has made efforts to rectify the situation. I appreciate their effort and dedication to resolving the issue.

While the delay and lack of communication were disappointing, the subsequent improvements have shown that Dental Lounge values their patients' feedback and strives to provide better service.

Moving forward, I hope that Dental Lounge maintains this level of service and communication.

I came to Dental lounge for invisalign and other dental treatments over a year ago. I was initially impressed by the team and the service, especially Dr Gamer's and Kirrana's friendliness yet professionalism.

After 12 months, I was told I required refinement for my invisalign. The scan was done almost 3 months ago, however I'm still left waiting for progress. Despite reaching out multiple times to inquire about the status of my refinement, I have been met with vague responses and a lack of clear updates.

This extended wait time has not only been inconvenient but has also left me frustrated and questioning the level of professionalism and commitment to patient care at this dental office.

As someone who had faith in the practice, I can't help but feel disappointed by the decline in service quality.

Great experience, a great team and great dentist understands and can see exactly what a patient need, very friendly and helpful staff.

Thé service was very excellent, from the staff at the reception to the hygienist who was very knowledgeable, very supportive and did an amazing job cleaning and maintaining my teeth. Explained everything and every step. Very nice team in this dental lounge, very appreciated.

Doctor and Dentist Mark Braund is an extraordinary human being. I have had failed dental treatment for decades by an orthodontist and high repute dental people. Yesterday he replaced 5 faulty previous implants from earlier 'experts', created several moulds and temporary bridges and installed extra implants with further attendances on the road to porcelain crowns. I was in painless pleasant surgery for 7 hours. Two specialists have told me 'i have the hardest bones in existence'. He succeeded where they failed and took the time last night to send a long explanation of his procedures. I have had tooth trouble since childhood. I never believed I would ever come across a man like this one. Totally focused, kindly manner. A genius.

If you’re looking for a dental practice that provides professionalism, perfection, has the latest and greatest equipment, and has the most welcoming staff – then the Dental Lounge is the place for you! My daughter and I are so grateful we came across the team. We initially visited the practice for my daughter to get two veneers, to them now being our family dentist and me getting 6 veneers!
Dr Gamer makes you feel at ease and has a great sense of humour. Bella, the Practice Manager goes above and beyond to accommodate all your needs. Nothing is too much trouble. I highly recommend the practice.

Dr Gamer is the nicest, kindest man and a fantastic dentist. Not only is he highly proficient at what he does, he also manages patients anxiety and fear with compassion and understanding. I cannot recommend him highly enough. The staff are all friendly and helpful and always accomodating! Milana is a gem. Always going above and beyond!

Excellent dental practice. Had not been to the dentist for years due to extreme fear. The receptionists, the dental technicians, hygienists and the dentist himself have all been amazing every time I have come here. Dr Wilson takes his time to really make sure that I am comfortable. Cannot recommend this practice enough. If you are anxious about going to the dentist, this is the place to go.

I decided to take the plunge and get my teeth redone. I did so much research and found the most comfortable with Gamer and his team. Just wanted to say a huge thank you to Gamer, Bella and the whole team for making it such an easy experience. From the moment I walked in I knew I was in good hands. Dr Gamer transformed my teeth, he is professional and a perfectionist! He made the whole process so easy, I felt extremely comfortable. Within 3 visits I had perfect teeth. My veneers look so natural:) it's been a few months now and I've had no issues since, would highly recommend:)

Excellent communication from the time I booked my appointment to the time I walked in. I had my first consult today which consisted of getting some x-rays and a general clean by the dental hygienist followed by a consult with my dentist. The staff were friendly and made me feel safe and comfortable. Cleanliness standards were great. Equipment was state of the art. The treatment itself was pain free and I was checked in on regularly by the staff to make sure I wasn't having any sensitivity issues. Pricing was very good and fair! No surprise fees, or ridiculous unwanted charges. The whole thing was done very efficiently and they work together well making sure that I was always in contact with someone and not left out of any part of the process. After my treatment, I felt like I was actually going to be looked after in the future as they spoke to me about a possible dental plan with options, and there was no cold, distant transaction that is typical with most practices. I was very impressed with the team at Dental Lounge and I highly recommend their services/practice to anyone who needs a good dentist.

High performers in advice, service, delivery and overall satisfaction. Up to date with technology and methods. And they make you feel comfortable and take you through the whole procedure. I travel back to Sydney to see them, that's how good they are.

I was given a 15: 40 today which required that I provide date of birth, phone No & email address; today I phoned the surgery to confirm the appointment & the woman who answered the call left me for 5’ on the phone after saying there was no recollection in her system of such appointment however she knew my first name

After phoning many times & the switchboard/receptionist refusing to answer the phone another woman who said was the office Mng finally picked up the phone; she then changed the fee that I was initially quoted for the consultation from $50 to $60 & argued that this was the amount initially given to me when making the appointment.

I found the way they managed a simple appointment to make up my mind as to whether or not to progress with a crown extremely unprofessional; have now decided that I do not want anything to do with this dental practice.
