I have dentophobia but the staff were so friendly and accommodating.
It was very busy for a Monday morning. I waited almost an hour after my appointment time. Which made me so anxious but the cleaning itself was done so quick. I only listened to 3 songs & it was over

With procedures *STARTING* from $99 (inc. GST) and up, this boutique dental surgery does what it advertises.

Payment options are limited to usually only include DC/CC (surcharge applies) or Afterpay only (or discuss w/staff as needed if really stuck).

Note that 99.99% of correspondence is via their App or email, and that phone interactions are usually highly limited to only emergency/urgent and important details only (USE THE APP - D99 DOES *NOT* HAVE RECEPTIONS!) + be clear with your expectations around dates/times/saving to book in procedures to avoid misunderstandings or redundant follow up calls in interim.

Staff and dental surgeons are fast, efficient, friendly and professional. Recommend.

Just had 2 wisdom teeth out. Bella who did my consultation was amazing. Zac my dentist did an incredible job. I have a needle phobia but he was so patient, reassuring, kind and comforting. I asked if he knew Lord of The Rings and he did, so he kept making references/analogies and jokes. And John the nurse was so kind to let me squeeze his hand while I got my needles. The whole team are wonderful, I can't recommend them enough. Zac was the Sam who carried this scared Frodo to Mordor. Thanks so much!

All the clinicians at dental 99 are warm and comforting. They make you feel comfortable and well informed about your procedures and aftercare. I will never go anywhere else ️

Great service and very very affordable. I have been seeing Dr Darryl McCarthy for all my dentistry needs like fillings, extraction, cleanings etc. Both him and his assistant are great and always provide a seamless fast service. I can only recommend this company and clinician.

Bad experience. I went there to get my clean done and still with the glue behind my lower teeth after my fixed retainer fell out. The Doctor looks like student dentist so I wouldn’t recommend, I was hurt several times just for simple cleaning.
Wether I told the dentist about the glue and he said that I have to get a new appointment for this and the cost is like a filling appointment i.e $149.
I spent around 30 min to get the panoramic XRay and they didn't send me through.
I'm very disappointed with the experience. Definitely I won’t come back.

I can not recommend the epping dental 99 team highly enough. I am terrified of the dentist and normally need to be knocked out but this was completely pain free. I know send all my friends and family to dental 99.

Been patient for couple years, always helpful workers and very polite, also accessible prices, and caring, sometimes the only problem is find appointments with specific sspecialist high demand on the professional team.

Dental99 is an excellent, affordable avenue for dental treatment. They have first class facilities and excellent clinicians that I would highly recommend.

Great until something goes wrong and you need to contact someone rather than a bot.

No person to person support.

Watch out for the drip pricing - wanting to charge you more for treatment to finish what they have started above the total agreed price.
