I wouldn't refer anybody to this brand /company nor the store I purchased it from.
Customer service seems to be a thing of the past. Needs to be renamed.

Had a small problem with a new lounge. I was surprised how prompt they were and did an excellent job. Would definitely recommend this company.

Had to have repairs made today to the lounge seats. The repair people were here on time as promised and carried out their work in a professional manner and explained what was to be done. Their manner could not be faulted and treated us as would be expected. The prices to do the repairs were well below what was expected and with the treatment that we received we would have no hesitation to recommend them.
Even vacuumed the floor under the lounges.

The service of this company is fantastic. I received my lounge with a slight issue with the electronics but the company was quick to come out and repair the lounge. It was a simple issue where the delivery drivers had connected the wires for the lounge wrong. The service men were great in explaining what had happened and went through some trouble shooting with me if I ever had issues with the wires again. I am over the moon it is exactly what I seen in the store and it is so comfy to sit in. It has been 12 months and the lounge is as good as when I first brought it.

It's the worse company which I see in my life, the staffs are so rude and just playing with you without any responsibility, they came to fix my cousin 6 times and they did nothing.just wast my time and $6000

An absolute joke of a company. They "repaired" my lounges two times and they look worse than before. Do not buy from then or this brand. Their warehouse manager is rude and they are incompetent. They promise 100% satisfaction and then make up excuses

This company is basically garbage. They treat you like a problem and make you feel like a burden. Honestly buy elsewhere and be happy
