The customer service is great. The doctor who did my nose thread also nice. They quickly reply the message in Instagram. Sadly they charged me with Full Payment while I requested for the Afterpay. I've just checked my Afterpay account and didn't get any record for the transaction. The After Care Instruction could be better IF they put much more details about the samples of product that should be avoided. I saw some other services who do this very well. I sent a nutrition information via Instagram, very fast reply which indicates the picture is not well read. There is a "Vitamin E" ingredients that is said should be avoided while I receive "this should be fine" response. Seconds later they said to avoid the Vit E. No correction for the picture I sent. Overall still okay tho with their service and friendly team.

What a waste of my money and time. Facial is suppose to be atleast 45 mins but it was done in 15 mins. The attendant was more worried about next appointment. Wasted my 90 bucks and third class facial. Never going back ever again. I feel I paid 90 to get my washed. It was so disappointing I was in tears later in frustration.

My first time visiting Deluxe Beauty Lab for lip fillers and I was very impressed. They were so welcoming, from the moment I walked in the door to the moment I left I was very much taken care of. Jocelyn made sure I was comfortable through the whole process, stress ball and breaks if needed. She understood exactly the shape I was after and absolutely nailed it! She also followed up with how I was doing the next day, customer care was a 10/10. Definitely will be recommending Deluxe Beauty Lab to all my girlfriends!

She done an amazing job and was very professional. Gives great advice and tips on the best skincare routine for you.

Did the Clatuu fat freezing with Angel.such a celestial experience.she explained the whole treatment and very experience with the device.the place is beautiful and clean.i will come back for my second session

Stepped in on a rainy day to treat my cousin we were treated to a swedish massage, a 5 step facial plus massage and finished off jumping into the jacuzi with green tea. Clean, professional, Ambient and a treat that i highly recommend. Treat yourself, you wont regret it!
