I had 2 expensive artworks framed. One was a beautiful job, the other pretty average with filler residue on the corners and one length not flush with the others. The reply to my complaint was quite dismissive with advice that joins not being flush met industry standard with an offer to clean the frame as they had forgotten to clean the filler off. I replied stating cleaning would not fix the problem, they did not reply.
The poor customer service is of an even lower quality than their workmanship.

I'm delighted with the 2 prints I received from Deluxe Art this week.
Staff were so helpful in assisting me to put 1850's watercolour paintings onto archival paper for a gift. They weren't great quality images but they came up better than I expected. They will be framed and live on the walls of a small fishing cottage in Northern Tasmania as a reminder of its history. Thank you

I ordered two prints as a surprise for my husband, one of which was of our family dog that had passed months earlier. Within a day Liselle was in touch to offer minor photoshop touchups to the photo to ensure it was perfect. When I placed the order, I loved the photo but was in two minds about using it due to these little imperfections. I was so deeply appreciative that Liselle and team would offer to do this for no charge.
From ordering to the consistent order updates to delivery, the entire process was a breeze. The quality of the prints and the frames are second to none. Will definitely use them again and will recommend to family and friends.
